This Starbucks is the worst I’ve ever been to as far as how my coffee’s end up. They are ALWAYS wrong at this location- no matter which one I get. They all always end up tasting like straight vanilla. Always such a waste of money at this location.

I had a drink that was made incorrectly through order pick up. My drink was made as a venti when i requested a grande purposely bc they always give way too much milk. My boyfriend went to grab it and immediately noticed it was wrong( a cup full of milk) The worker (elysha) suggested to remake it and he said he would ask me first. When my boyfriend returned from the car to request the remake, a worker (Matthew) angrily grabbed the drink and huffed/ puffed then threw the drink in the sink very aggressively and uncomfortably. My boyfriend noticing his outburst of anger very politely apologized and Matthew continued to be rude to him. Normally this location is very busy, so being a consistent customer, i understand that it can be frustrating to remake. But an $8 cup of milk is unacceptable. At this point it was not busy and Matthew’s behavior was unnecessary and embarrassing to the store and company as a whole. Living so close to this location it’s very unfortunate but we will not be returning.
