Its Starbucks in a busy location and time so a wait is expected but my friend bought my coffee so we ordered at the same time. I got a cold drink she got a hot one. I had a Caramel Ribbon Crunch frappe and she got a Sugar Cookie latte. At least 4 people were making drinks but all of them were making cold drinks.
