This is an efficient Starbucks. When you arrive inside, you can see several staff members working industriously. You are greeted by the cashier who takes your order and off it goes into the system. Your order is processed and ready for pick up pretty quickly. Also, the place is kept clean and is decorated nicely. The tables are not that big, however so this Starbucks is mostly just for drinking and eating what you purchased and leave. In any case, I would definitely recommend.

was just here (09/22/25) at the time frame of 12:20 and 12:30 in the afternoon in the drive thru. drinks were amazing, but whoever was working through the speaker and drive thru was extremely rude and verbally aggressive to my boyfriend and i. all my boyfriend asked what was in his drink to make sure everything was correct since there was no label added to his at all (keep in mind our drinks all together was almost $16) so i think for how much we spent, that is a very valid question to ask. the lady responded with a nasty attitude and slammed the window on us mid sentence. i understand, i work in food service myself and dealing with people can be frustrating, but that was extremely uncalled for and very inappropriate service that we received.

Ordered pike place coffee. In store not drive through. Ordered ahead still took 15 minutes. A coffee shop taking 15 minutes for a cup of coffee is absolutely terrifying 🫣

Not the greatest atmosphere, employees are a bit incompetent. I’ve been to several Columbus locations and this is the worse I’ve been too. I’ve asked for my drink to be remade as I had asked for light ice. They refused to remake the drink and were going to toss mine. Why? Because I asked if this was light ice and the ladies said yes, I had rebuttal that and said this wasn’t light ice and proceeded to ask them to remake it. One lady came to grab my drink from me and said then don’t drink it and to leave.

A “strawberry frappe “ I don’t understand why your workers have to be so rude and do the drink like they don’t wanna be there, it’s so upsetting that people go for a drink and workers make it like they just wanna get over it so sad and a totally wasted of Money. Mind you the wait was horrible and the milk looks like it was already bad you can tell by the picture.

Wanted a sweet treat so i drove to this Starbucks because my past experiences have been good, the service was good. The workers were really nice and welcoming, I love and extremely recommend the caramel ribbon crunch frappe it satisfied me and my mom both. The wait was 3-10 mins it wasn't that bad but very worth the quality of the food and drinks.
I just ordered 1 matcha and 1 summer berry over the phone, but when I went to pick up the drink I got an extremely unpleasant attitude from the staff of this store even though I paid for everything in advance. I will never come back to this store again.

The team here is so friendly and incredible (didn’t grab the name of the woman working my the register but she was awesome). Best experience I’ve had at a Starbucks in a while. Abby is a WIZARD and made me the best drink, crafted to what I like. Cafe was clean, everyone was happy. Will go out of my way to come back to this location!

the line was super long and super slow and to make it worst our drinks were way too watery, normally my drinks have never tasted this bad ever at any other location but this was horrible. Our cake pops were disgusting. this location was just not good.
