The other day I was drained and just depressed I ordered my usual now both venti Carmel machiato HOT and the 4 espresso blonde its the brown sugar shaken iced , Well as soon as I looked at it I knew ! It was the most delicious tastiest iced coffee I've ever had in my life! I seriously wanted to run back inside and tell whoever made my drink, that I loved them with all my ❤️ my hunny enjoyed his and so did I 😆 i drank his too! Will be back always ❤️

The worst experience i've ever had by far any coffee house. Apparently the girl is in training which is fine. However, giving us hour attitude when asked to correct. The incorrect order is not good customer service. When I call to address the situation in speak with the manager. The manager not only spoke over me and did not allow me to address the situation she hung up on me. I was not rude or disrespectful. However, when someone order is completely wrong. And the person performing the service is really rude. How would you expect someone to react happily? For the manager to talk over me then hang up on you while addressing my concerns. Is unethical.This location will not last if this continues. I will never be back!

I have enjoyed this location being so close to home, but am disappointed that my last two mobile orders, my drink is wrong! At the start of this week I clearly ordered the peppermint white hot chocolate because I am caffeine sensitive, and today the same thing for both orders I was given a peppermint mocha! Making the best of it, but I can’t make the trip back now with work. Bummer! They are all very kind but I wish they would read my order and not assume. I still plan to go back as this is closest to home and on the way to work.

This is an efficient Starbucks. When you arrive inside, you can see several staff members working industriously. You are greeted by the cashier who takes your order and off it goes into the system. Your order is processed and ready for pick up pretty quickly. Also, the place is kept clean and is decorated nicely. The tables are not that big, however so this Starbucks is mostly just for drinking and eating what you purchased and leave. In any case, I would definitely recommend.

was just here (09/22/25) at the time frame of 12:20 and 12:30 in the afternoon in the drive thru. drinks were amazing, but whoever was working through the speaker and drive thru was extremely rude and verbally aggressive to my boyfriend and i. all my boyfriend asked what was in his drink to make sure everything was correct since there was no label added to his at all (keep in mind our drinks all together was almost $16) so i think for how much we spent, that is a very valid question to ask. the lady responded with a nasty attitude and slammed the window on us mid sentence. i understand, i work in food service myself and dealing with people can be frustrating, but that was extremely uncalled for and very inappropriate service that we received.

Ordered pike place coffee. In store not drive through. Ordered ahead still took 15 minutes. A coffee shop taking 15 minutes for a cup of coffee is absolutely terrifying 🫣

Not the greatest atmosphere, employees are a bit incompetent. I’ve been to several Columbus locations and this is the worse I’ve been too. I’ve asked for my drink to be remade as I had asked for light ice. They refused to remake the drink and were going to toss mine. Why? Because I asked if this was light ice and the ladies said yes, I had rebuttal that and said this wasn’t light ice and proceeded to ask them to remake it. One lady came to grab my drink from me and said then don’t drink it and to leave.
