the line was super long and super slow and to make it worst our drinks were way too watery, normally my drinks have never tasted this bad ever at any other location but this was horrible. Our cake pops were disgusting. this location was just not good.

Not enough time to give an extensive overview but my rating is based on the experience. I didn’t expect that I would not be able to adjust my room thermostat below 72. I run hot and want it at 68 to sleep comfortably. The construction 🚧 is highly inconvenient to an out of towner trying to get access at midnight.

It took over 20 min for an in store order of two cappuccinos. The employees were doing their best but all three of them were running around like headless chickens trying to complete orders. Unreasonably rough on the employees to expect this. The staffing needs to improve to support the demand at this location.

Went this morning to get a dark roast drip coffee. Pretty standard to have brewed coffee ready when you open, right? Not the case here! For some reason dark roast is not available until 9 am.
