Starr, one of the baristas has taken it upon herself to ensure I have everything I need ready to go in the morning! I’m a mama of 2 working 60 hours a week and knowing she’s there in the mornings throughout the week makes me so happy! Thank you Starr and to the rest of the crew who helps!!!

I often go to this Starbucks before heading to work. I’ve never gotten food from here but I wanted something light and quick to go with my chai tea. I always order online and no issues! The day before I had placed my order online when I got to the store there was only one girl making drinks and she left me waiting for 10 minutes after my pick up time while making drinks for the drive thru.The next day I order my usual chai tea plus a sandwich. Once again, the order was not ready at the pick up time so I had to wait and I never received the sandwich! I called the store to let them know and as I was telling the lady who stated she was the supervisor she hung the phone up on me. That was very rude and unprofessional for this to be handled that way and I lost $12. She needs training in customer service and how to deal with customer complaints!! With that kind of attitude she should be evaluated as a supervisor! I will not be returning to this store and will be letting people know what’s kind of people work at this store!! Very bad business

There was way too much cinnamon in my drink, which was a surprise bc I didn’t realize it even had cinnamon in it. I ordered thru the app and it was ready crazy fast though, and they were friendly when I came inside to get my order.

I never leave reviews but this experiencing was the worst I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I waited for 20 minutes for my two mobile order drinks. There were multiple people working at the time but only one person was making drinks while other workers either stood around doing nothing or did other random things instead of helping make drinks. Another person who was waiting for their mobile order left after 10-15 minutes without their drinks. People were waiting in the drive thru for several minutes as well. Management was extremely poor and there was no apology for the long wait. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I came to this location on Saturday, December 16th. The people working were awesome. There was a line for days, and they handled everything amazing and fast. All while having a great and friendly demeanor. I will definitely be back.

Very busy today, but service was great. You must try the cranberry bliss bar.Parking: They have 20-24 parking spaces. Patrons on the inside using laptops utilized quite a few spaces.
