Mixed bag of experiences at this location. Most of the time the drinks are great and ready fairly quickly. Sometimes the drinks are wrong, mobile orders take 30 minutes to prepare, and food is inedible. Some employees are super helpful when there is a problem but some have challenged me when I point out a drink is clearly not matching the label. Savanna's customer service was exceptional!! I was greeted at the window by a very pleasant young lady, bright smile and great personality!! She even offered to chill my drinks because I had requested no ice!!! I was having an OK day.. After our exchange, I felt more positive!! Thank you!!!
Starbucks in Stelzer strip mall: food and service were fine. The parking lot is absolutely the worst configuration I have ever seen!
