I can’t believe how the management team at this location hasn’t done anything about how their costumers get treated by the employees at Starbucks. They seem to clearly not enjoy what they applied for, and just to be clear this is not the first time I get a rude response from these employees but yet it was the worst one, when I was done with my grocery shopping I went over to Starbucks and it looked like it was closed at 1:45 pm but then I spotted the employee sitting at a table next to there and kindly asked if they were open she immediately gets an attitude and says “yes we’re open” but doesn’t not stand up and I say to her “there’s no one here” she said yes I’m here with an attitude and kinda yelling at me so I asked if she could take my order and yelled at me saying she was going to take my order when her break is over so I tell her she doesn’t have to get an attitude about because I didn’t know she was on break, she just mocked me rolling her eyes at me and puts her headphones back on, I went over to one manager but does nothing about it.

Please don’t come here! The barista was on a FaceTime call with her friend and was yelling loudly at her. So rude! She slapped my drink on the table and continued yelling at her friend. She made my drink wrong and didn’t bother to fix it. Save you

No rating deserved, I came In 45 min prior to 8pm and the staff stated they were closed, I replied with but it says you don't close til 8pm, in return I received we close at 730 and leave by 8. Management needs to check in on their staff from time to time to see their literally pushing away clientele and money. Date was 09/06/2023.

This is probably by far the worse starbucks ive been too. Every time I come here they are NEVER open. I even come an hour earl just to look and see they are closed. If your gonna close early atleast put up a sign near the register or something that way customers are aware. Its very misleading. Also usually when they are open and make my drinks that arent always correct.

Easy order and you can pay with points. Total was less than 2 mins. Great convenient location in Kroger and the Brewery District.
Last time I went at 7:45pm and the employee says they are closed, but the hours says closing at 8pm. So today I came at 7:30 and there were 2 employees there and they say they are closed. I asked “well what time do you close?” She paused and the other employee looked at her and the other one said “7:30pm”. If they close at 7:30pm the closing times need to change from 8pm to 7:30pm because these workers are leaving early without permission.

Very slow, looks like they don’t know what they’re doing. Waited 15 minutes for a latte.. then got a cup of milk and like no espresso barely at the bottom of the cup. Thanks for waisting my 6 bucks

Placed a mobile order and got the weirdest attitude about it from the girl working. Yelled at me asked if I wanted to place an order I said I did then proceeds to tell me she doesn't have the stuff for my drink I asked for a different drink instead and she rolled her eyes at me.

Workers didn't pay any attention to us at first so it took a minute or 2 for them to even get our order and then a worker asked to use my girlfriends perfume because she forgot hers at home and most importantly they completely messed up our order. maybe it would have been different with different workers.
