I visited this Starbucks location to study. Upon arriving I was able to see that there was accessible parking and sidewalks that were level with the parking lot allowing easy access without having to move to a ramp after exiting your car.The inside counters are at a good height for easy use by anyone. There is also a wide open floor lay out allowing for easy flow of traffic within the store.One flaw may be the doors entering the building as they have a pull handle for the outside...
Staff is always friendly and says hello when you enter and are quick to get your order if they see you are waiting. It is not often that I get something incorrect or that doesn’t taste good. If there is ever an issue the staff is quick to fix it (such as the size, hot versus cold, etc.)
Starbucks has always been a place I felt comfortable. I've always been accepted for who I am or no matter how I am and I just want you to know that as a person who does a lot of deliveries and driving I really really appreciate you having decent restrooms and not judging me and giving me the appropriate amount of time being that I'm disabled to use your restroom and thank you so much!!!
