One of the only coffee shops around with free wifi, which saved us when we had to check out of our accommodation on a work trip. Really friendly service and a lovely patio to work from.
The place is spacious but the service was quite average. Without any sympathy. The coffee is served in a paper cup, unless you ask for a cup. The double espresso was a little burnt. I didn't have good cream. And for a 2.60 coffee they propose a minimum tip of 1 dollar.
As a Reddit gremlin and someone who rarely spends time in Columbus, I dug deep to find what was recommended by local folk. Stauf’s shined bright in multiple threads so I was surprised by my disappointment. I won’t be speaking to the atmosphere bc they had some (ear piercing) construction going on and I know that’s not their fault. Aesthetically cute and I bet the patio rocks when the weather is ripe.
