I recently purchased this food and I found a worm inside my food and I am very very disappointed because connie pheng had put a worm in it. I want full refund back this is very awful

Been here twice in the last week and both times order was not correct or accurate. Won’t be a given a third to mess it up ?...update I just tried a third time and I ordered the 24 sausage egg biscuit no cheese. They usually cheese bomb it anyways. This time I get home and no egg ? ?

Pretty good place. Just like the one I go to by my house. They could stand to update some of the seating bc some of the booths were really torn up & looked pretty nasty. But, other than that the food was really good & the waitress was really nice like usual.

Should have been closed a long time ago super slow drive-through Window Service always out of something poor management forever the one on Hamilton Road is now but $10,000 by opportunity and I'll split the profits with you 50/50 you run it like it's your business that's what they doing now to get owners more involved

The Weekend crew at tennis location are phenomenal. Smiling joking wonderful people. And the cook Juan doesn't mind leaving your burgers on a little while longer

I've tried goung tk this steak and shake multiple times but its always nasty, Which is exactly the reason it got shut down. The staff were slow and I've had rotten milk in the shake and hair in my food before. Over all wish i could give 0 stars. But I'm glad there redoing the entire location. I'm actually excited. I want to visit a new and improved location so please make it great!

The service is extremely slow, like they almost forget about you, but the Frisco melt is so good!
This place is loud and ghetto. The servers were literally yelling and screaming at each other. You can't enjoy your meal. The servers are majority young. Cursing, flirting hanging out and laughing, instead of cleaning tables or assisting their guests. I was gonna order a shake and leave a 5$ tip, while waiting for my fiance. I was there half an hour and still no shake. So I left and went to the Taco bell about 50ft away. Spent less money and had my food in 3 minutes. Not gonna bring quality into the argument but at least I got food. And they were very friendly and personable.

Our waitress was nice and helpful and the food was as it generally is, pretty good for the price but we ALWAYS have to ask for silverware and drink refills which should be standard things. The restaurant floor was filthy and the women's restroom had no soap at all which is a scary thought if this is the restroom that the employees use also!

My husband received a glass of water with food on the outside of the glass and when he took it to the server she asked was that already on the glass of course it was we had not received our food yet when we did get out food the French Fries were cold by the time they were replaced we had finished our Burgers my husband had ordered a milkshake he never got it they were not busy including us there were only two other tables with two people per table the server never came to check on us to see if everything was ok We never received our bill we had to go to the cashier to get it and to tell them to take off the milkshake we left a $2 tip cause that would probably be the only tip she would get cause the service WAS LOUSY. NOT GOING BACK TO THIS STORE 😒
