Subway in Columbus

“This subway parking will be in the back. If you are walking, it will be easy to spot from the outside. The sign is bigger than most of the subway restaurants. It looks a bit small. However, the service and food made up for it. Nobody was at the counter yet. When I got close, I was greeted with a smile and quickly asked what I wanted. I got my food with no issues. Payment will be in cash or credit card. I happened to use my watch, so for those who enjoy using the tap, it is simple. There's points for loyal customers also at the end. Right at the cashier, you will see the drinks and chips. The tables and chairs were clean. Overall, it was a pleasant time. If I came back, I'd imagine my experience would be the same.“

“This subway is seriously one of the good ones. Most of the subways I’ve seen were dirty, underemployed and unprofessional. I always go out of my way to get subway from this location because of how clean and awesome the employees are here. Just be nice to them and they will give you exactly what you want!!“

“This the most consistent in quality subway I’ve been to. Bread is fresh and service is above average. I had stopped going to subway a long time ago but this one keeps bringing me back. “I had a craving for an oven-roasted turkey sub and decided to try out this location. I did not order in, but competed my order via DoorDash. The sub hit the spot—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.

This Subway is located downtown on the corner of Town street and typically gets pretty busy around lunch time.“

“The workers kinda make it hard to talk to them I'm also kinda a short person so it's hard to see what there doing with the food they don't have a lot of communication like yk how other places say welcome or say things other then ask you what u want then do that but never talk again“

“Not just Subways but this was the cleanest and most organized STORE OR RESTAURANT ive EVER been to. From the chip organization...not one bag out of place, to the vegetable area...even tomatos neatly stacked. Food was fresh and flavorful. Thank you for taking pride in your establishment.“

“This subway is located on South High Street. This has been the cleanest subway I've been to in a long time. The veggies are fresh and kept well and not wilted. The two ladys that have been in there each time my family has came in have been very professional and nice. We witnessed a customer that came in and gave the two workers a hard time and wanted to argue about everything trying to get them to validate a coupon that wasn't for what she was ordering. The entire time they were polite to the customer even though she was really rude and disrespectful. I must say we have came back 3 times this month.“

“The subs were good for being so overly priced now as they are. The lady that made our subs was very friendly and helpful.
I will not tip to have my sub made however. The job requires you to make subs so why would I tip you to do just that?
The bums outside the store always help to bring down the appearance and atmosphere.“

“This subway is one of our favorites. Staff is great and friendly. They participate in most of the subway promotions. They don’t skimp. They load your sandwich with plenty of toppings. Restaurant is clean.

Vegetarian options: They have veggie patty. Most subways don’t have that option.

Parking: Plenty of parking“

“I love Subway sandwiches. However, you need to have more than one employee at dinner time!! I ordered online, but when I got to the store (Bethel Rd), there was a line, and the single employee had had no time to start my order (despite what the app said). Do I just had to wait my turn in line. I don't blame him. It's management who needs to fix this!“

“This is a nice Subway. The staff is pleasant. The shop is in an older strip mall but it is well lit & clean. They just put in new flooring so it has a fresh appearance as well. They open early, 8:00 am, so it is very convenient to stop & grab something for lunch on the way to work.“

“My fiancée and I stopped in this evening to pick up an order we placed for the family. We were informed when we got in that they were out of several ingredients. But that didn't stop the 2 employees from making our order to the best of their abilities. Food was still amazing. They were nice about everything. At the end of the day, it's a sandwich, it's not serious enough to get super upset over.“

“Hadn't been to Subway for about 5 years but since this was a convenient location I stopped to give it another try a few months ago. Selena was working and was extremely kind. I have been back a dozen times at least and she is working every single time. Every visit she is just as kind. With all the options for food now, that is what makes the difference for me.“

“I was so impressed that the store was closing in 2 minutes and the door was still unlocked to let me and my daughter and. The two young gentleman who took care of us was very accommodating and not angry that we were holding them up when they were actually closing. Took very good care of us and had very good conversations with them. Will be back many times to this Subway, these two young guys need a high five and a raise in my eyes. I don't remember their names but my receipt says served by : 34. My visit was at 9:58pm on 10/22/2018 so look at your schedule and give these young men a compliment for a great job done“

“I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but I used to work at this location and I love the owner. I ordered a DoorDash late at night and it got to me in perfect condition. Everything was so perfect and most of the time with DoorDash. it’s pretty questionable so the fact that the staff was able to make that happen shows that the magic is still alive within the store. ❣️“

“The sub I ordered was very tasty. It was a Philly steak sandwich with the sweet onion teriyaki sauce on it. The service was good. It was quick. The atmosphere was very quiet. I wish the prices had not gone up so much. I miss the $5 footlong.“

“Today i came in around 5 and was greeted by an employee. I’m almost completely blind and i come in and see the same girl. I asked her name and she said it was kaylee. she helps me with the key pad and is very patient with me every time i come in. She even remembers my whole order. “I was here for Animate this year and we decided to get Subway for lunch.

The boy taking our orders wasn't friendly, but not rude, so I didn't particularly care until I heard the way he was talking to the girls behind me. He spoke to them like they were idiots, though they asked standard questions very politely. I hope someone talks to Jason about how to speak to customers, please.

The other two men on staff were very kind and made one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever eaten from Subway though, I didn't catch their names but they were great. Jason needs some correction though.“

The make line is clean, the ingredients freshed, and despite being whisked along quickly i never feel rushed. “Shilpa was amazing, kind, and friendly! I was standing in line for a few minutes to make sure I had my order all together before I rung the bell, and right as I was about to, she came out and greeted me. She told me that I was able to ring the bell if nobody was upfront, I told her thank you and explained why I waited, lol. Not only was she very kind, she was also really engaging! She asked me about my weekend plans, shared hers, told me about this wonderful festival that she’s going to soon, and much more! “I recently visited this Subway and had a great experience that deserves some recognition. The staff was friendly, my sandwich was made exactly how I requested, and the ingredients were fresh. I know this location has received some negative reviews, but I want to remind everyone that respect goes both ways.

The team here is working hard, often under pressure, to provide a good service, and a little patience and kindness can go a long way. My experience was pleasant because I approached the situation with understanding, and I believe that made all the difference.

“The shorter Indian woman is a doll. I went in with one of my friends and he's so FREAKING picky it's unreal. She didn't act frustrated when he was taking ten freaking minutes to decide what sauce he wanted. In fact, she even said "this one is my favorite" and he used it and said it was the "best sub I've ever had"... “While most fast food restaurants are staffed with the worst employees with attitudes churning out inedible food (Wendy's especially) these guys made my subs precisely how I entered them into the app, and they were on time! Meatball and cold cut subs had everything that I requested, and the bread was toasted. They not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Great job, guys. “Fast and easy online order with carryout. We ordered sandwiches and drinks which were waiting for us upon arrival. The drinks were still in the fridge so they were cold when we got there.

They did have in store seating and walk in ordering as well. There was plenty of parking in front and along the side of the building.“
