“This subway is seriously one of the good ones. Most of the subways I’ve seen were dirty, underemployed and unprofessional. I always go out of my way to get subway from this location because of how clean and awesome the employees are here. Just be nice to them and they will give you exactly what you want!!“

“Very clean and neat Big plus that the sandwich makers aren't rookiesand don't try to act like toppings are being paid for by them persoally(you know what I mean).

Wheelchair accessibility: I use a quantum rehab power wheelchair and had no problem getting in or out.“

“Amazing people very kind and generous, they know me by name and have always done above and beyond to make sure my order is done and ready by the time I get there. I have social anxiety and order online and they know this and have always been very gentle and kind. I even got a holiday card from them!! The best subway in Columbus by far!!!“

“It was a lovely experience and really clean. The tables floors and behind the counter were very clean. At this location the subway is inside a gas station. The ladies that were working behind the counter were very polite, respectful and a joy to be around. They made our 4 subs very quickly and neat. This subway location was very convenient being in the gas station because if someone is visiting and needs gas, they can get food as well.“

“This subway is one of our favorites. Staff is great and friendly. They participate in most of the subway promotions. They don’t skimp. They load your sandwich with plenty of toppings. Restaurant is clean.

Vegetarian options: They have veggie patty. Most subways don’t have that option.

Parking: Plenty of parking“

“I love Subway sandwiches. However, you need to have more than one employee at dinner time!! I ordered online, but when I got to the store (Bethel Rd), there was a line, and the single employee had had no time to start my order (despite what the app said). Do I just had to wait my turn in line. I don't blame him. It's management who needs to fix this!“

“Not just Subways but this was the cleanest and most organized STORE OR RESTAURANT ive EVER been to. From the chip organization...not one bag out of place, to the vegetable area...even tomatos neatly stacked. Food was fresh and flavorful. Thank you for taking pride in your establishment.“

“This is a nice Subway. The staff is pleasant. The shop is in an older strip mall but it is well lit & clean. They just put in new flooring so it has a fresh appearance as well. They open early, 8:00 am, so it is very convenient to stop & grab something for lunch on the way to work.“

“This subway is located on South High Street. This has been the cleanest subway I've been to in a long time. The veggies are fresh and kept well and not wilted. The two ladys that have been in there each time my family has came in have been very professional and nice. We witnessed a customer that came in and gave the two workers a hard time and wanted to argue about everything trying to get them to validate a coupon that wasn't for what she was ordering. The entire time they were polite to the customer even though she was really rude and disrespectful. I must say we have came back 3 times this month.“

“Fairly Good subway location. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly. Got my food in a prompt manner. Having this location inside the gas station is helpful sometimes esp when I need something quick. I will return in the future. Location is good if you need a quick bite.“

“Hadn't been to Subway for about 5 years but since this was a convenient location I stopped to give it another try a few months ago. Selena was working and was extremely kind. I have been back a dozen times at least and she is working every single time. Every visit she is just as kind. With all the options for food now, that is what makes the difference for me.“

The make line is clean, the ingredients freshed, and despite being whisked along quickly i never feel rushed. I asked her name and she said it was kaylee. she helps me with the key pad and is very patient with me every time i come in. She even remembers my whole order. “All I can say is, "WOW." This was a refreshing experience. The restaurant was small but very clean. The service was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Our sandwiches were made exactly to our specifications, which is what Subway is supposed to be about, but if you've eaten from a bad one, not so much. I highly recommend this Subway. “I was here for Animate this year and we decided to get Subway for lunch.

The boy taking our orders wasn't friendly, but not rude, so I didn't particularly care until I heard the way he was talking to the girls behind me. He spoke to them like they were idiots, though they asked standard questions very politely. I hope someone talks to Jason about how to speak to customers, please.

The other two men on staff were very kind and made one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever eaten from Subway though, I didn't catch their names but they were great. Jason needs some correction though.“

“The sub I ordered was very tasty. It was a Philly steak sandwich with the sweet onion teriyaki sauce on it. The service was good. It was quick. The atmosphere was very quiet. I wish the prices had not gone up so much. I miss the $5 footlong.“

“I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but I used to work at this location and I love the owner. I ordered a DoorDash late at night and it got to me in perfect condition. “I was so impressed that the store was closing in 2 minutes and the door was still unlocked to let me and my daughter and. The two young gentleman who took care of us was very accommodating and not angry that we were holding them up when they were actually closing. “The shorter Indian woman is a doll. I went in with one of my friends and he's so FREAKING picky it's unreal. She didn't act frustrated when he was taking ten freaking minutes to decide what sauce he wanted. In fact, she even said "this one is my favorite" and he used it and said it was the "best sub I've ever had"... “Shilpa was amazing, kind, and friendly! I was standing in line for a few minutes to make sure I had my order all together before I rung the bell, and right as I was about to, she came out and greeted me. She told me that I was able to ring the bell if nobody was upfront, I told her thank you and explained why I waited, lol. Not only was she very kind, she was also really engaging! She asked me about my weekend plans, shared hers, told me about this wonderful festival that she’s going to soon, and much more! “My son has been at Children’s hospital for a while.and have been to subway a few times.was there 3/24/22 about 5 .the 2 girls that take care of us are so wonderful and sweet.we look forward to seeing them.they just make you happy and laugh and parents need that sometimes.they do whatever to make you happy and our food is always good. “I recently visited this Subway and had a great experience that deserves some recognition. The staff was friendly, my sandwich was made exactly how I requested, and the ingredients were fresh. I know this location has received some negative reviews, but I want to remind everyone that respect goes both ways.

As customers, we have a role to play in creating a positive environment. The team here is working hard, often under pressure, to provide a good service, and a little patience and kindness can go a long way. My experience was pleasant because I approached the situation with understanding, and I believe that made all the difference.

“While most fast food restaurants are staffed with the worst employees with attitudes churning out inedible food (Wendy's especially) these guys made my subs precisely how I entered them into the app, and they were on time! Meatball and cold cut subs had everything that I requested, and the bread was toasted. They not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Great job, guys. “Fast and easy online order with carryout. We ordered sandwiches and drinks which were waiting for us upon arrival. The drinks were still in the fridge so they were cold when we got there.

They did have in store seating and walk in ordering as well. There was plenty of parking in front and along the side of the building.“
