? This subway is the worse Subway in Ohio !!! Employees with bad attitudes, that act like your a bother when you approach the counter to order. They don't take coupons like other Subways. Despote having a fully functional coupon scanner ?And the food is nasty ?Do your self a favor and go to the Subway on Cemetery Rd in Hilliard, instead. Great employees!!! Fresh ingredients!!! And THEY TAKE COUPONS!!

Mobile ordered a Turkey Titan that literally had 3 slices. Boyfriend ordered Tuna and it looked like a lettuce sandwich. Beware if you order ahead. Check your sandwiches before leaving.

Quality of food and customer service has significantly decreased. The freshness of food and amount of meat provided is way less than standard. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

The employees saw me and my daughters but ignored us and kept talking and we were waiting for them to come over and start or even say hello and it was like 5 mins.They also said dining room was closed and that we could t buy other drinks.

I wish I can give then O star...They said they don't accept coupons...we had company issued digital coupons but they have sign posted on that they do not accept coupons...when we asked them the employees had no answer for that, they asked owner and owner was very rude and disrespectful...because of this type of people's subway's reputation is going down...

Go to a different subway. These guys dont accept coupons, so they must not be a corporate. The person making the sandwich was rude and tried to tell me that the chipotle southwest was the same as the baja chipotle. They must be like the subway in walmart in the same plaza that mixes both sauces in the same container. And to top it off their bathroom said out of order but i saw another employee use the bathroom.

This place is under new management and it's great. They always have the freshest bread out of all the subways in the area and it always tastes wonderful.. Like I specifically go out of my way to go to this subway just to get the fresh bread flavor. People are always great too
