Stopped in while in the area and was greeted by JM who was sure to meet my needs for my order, and went over my options to make sure I had the sandwich I wanted. Everything I wanted was ready with no wait on replenishing anything. Would return!

They are very polite, however they are very stingy with their products. Tissue paper thin meat, you don’t get your sandwich built the way you order it. I just ordered the ultimate BMT, I’m so disappointed because I didn’t get 1 olive, no oil, no onions no pepper corn ranch… I’m so disappointed I can’t even write the review properly. 1320 west Lane ave will never get my business again.

Our crew has been to this location multiple times and every time they will not ring up chip and drink combos even when it's asked for they charge everything individually so they can milk a few extra dollars out of each customer, and they act surprised when you ask to a receipt and try to start talking to the person next in line to act in a hurry and change the subject, super shady business practices

Ordered the all American and the boss subs online. The boss sub was pretty good. The all American was a very big disappointment this sub was supposed to have 3 types of meat. There was little to no meat to cover the cheese...

Worst of worst behaviour from the lady here. I might even suffer from indigestion. The way she speaks is so rude as hell. I wonder who she thinks of. Creeps me out . The food was much more worst. No wonder how there's no customer around.

Subway is already a subpar restaurant but this one’s got some of the worst service. The lady there is rude if you finish eating and wait a little while to let your food digest. Her attitude is enough to make you want to vomit. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Go get some Pho next door, instead. They are much nicer and they’ve got better food.
