They made my son's foot long sub incorrectly ,twice, and tried to blame him for it. She toasted it without asking if that's how he wanted it. She blamed him for not telling her, even though she didn't ask , and asked him what he wanted her to do about it ( obviously not wanting to waste the bread and meat). He told her he would like it fixed. She got another sub bun and proceeded to put the toasted meat and melted cheese on it. He asked her to fix it again. Politely. Again, she was irritated. My sub was ok but very skimpy with the tuna. $21 to be blamed for her mistakes. Not going back. And she was one of the owners of that Subway. Quality of service rates right up there with quality of food imo.

I visited the local Subway at 5701 Cleveland Avenue and was let down by the response from the staff inside. I identified myself as a customer in need of using the restroom, hoping to provide feedback as a secret shopper. However, it was disheartening to find no signs indicating that the restroom was out of order. It's puzzling that there were no clear indications preventing customers from using it if it wasn't functioning. The lack of communication regarding this issue left me feeling disappointed with the service. It seems like they may be understaffed, leading to inefficiencies in their operations and limited menu options at this particular location. Despite these shortcomings, I still managed to grab a meal before leaving. I hope others won't encounter similar difficulties when needing to use the restroom here in the future.As for the pictures they did try to keep this place clean maybe. I can't say I would ear here again!

Service was terrible. Waited 15 minutes to get my order taken. Then when I got my sandwich they added olives on it even though I told them I'm allergic to them. Never going to that place again.

1st- you cannot go inside to the Subway off dublin-granville and Cleveland Avenue. You spend a long time slowly giving your order and repeating it. 2nd- We said we had 2 orders and they still tried to ring the 2 orders up together. 3rd-their scanner doesn't work for gift cards. The 3 or 4 people inside couldn't figure out how to use it and couldn't figure out how to manually enter it either. 4th- they got our 1st order wrong and there was very few ingredients on the 4 subs we ordered. Also, the bacon was not crispy at all. It was like a wet floppy noodle. 5th- I had to figure out how to pay another way which was embarrassing because I don't carry cash. Luckily I had my emergency credit card on me. The car behind was mad because it was taking so long. This was truly a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this subway.

I will never go back to this location again. I ordered two footlong sandwiches. There was 4 individual slices of ham on one sub. There were 4 banana peppers. The steak sub had hardly any steak and they were rude to me because I request more. I get they are trying to find ways to be cost effective but there are other ways to save money rather that ripping off customers. If you want your money's worth try the Subway location on 161 and Karl or Polaris. I was very disappointed with this store on Cleveland. I will NEVER return.

The only subway I know that refuses to take coupons. Thats just plain greedy. If you a subway you should take subway coupons. No wonder this place always empty. Will not be back to this location.

I've given this location 3 recent visits, and all 3 were disasters. The latest is "we don't take coupons". $15.00 for a footlong,chips, and drink? My friend wanted to eat here or I would have walked out. New menu?? New high prices is what I saw. The manlooked at us with a scowling look. The lady mumbles and is very hard to understand. Extremely skimpy with toppings. Told me I'd have to accept brown lettuce cause if they put out new it would be the same?? I'm a 20 year restaurant veteran. You reward these attitudes by going somewhere else.

The man that helped me was rude, he was mostly focused on talking to his coworker. I kept interrupting them to keep him focused on my order. I won't go back.
