They made my son's foot long sub incorrectly ,twice, and tried to blame him for it. She toasted it without asking if that's how he wanted it. She blamed him for not telling her, even though she didn't ask , and asked him what he wanted her to do about it ( obviously not wanting to waste the bread and meat). I visited the local Subway at 5701 Cleveland Avenue and was let down by the response from the staff inside. I identified myself as a customer in need of using the restroom, hoping to provide feedback as a secret shopper. However, it was disheartening to find no signs indicating that the restroom was out of order. Service was terrible. Waited 15 minutes to get my order taken. Then when I got my sandwich they added olives on it even though I told them I'm allergic to them. Never going to that place again.
