I’m almost positive they gave me a drink and the ice or something smelled like mildew/mold I got sick 30/1 hour after, I started coughing and threw up twice I will be reporting this location to the health department

I was on the phone with my mom when she was barraded by a man named tevin brown for not cooking at home, and waiting a week to come back to get her free burrito they never gave her the burrito she ordered, now my mom has had me my grandfather and my father in the hospital, on top of that my niece had flu A, my mom works full time takes care of all the kids and grandkids the grandparents 2 dogs and a cat she hasn't had time to go get a burrito.

I have been coming here since I moved in may. At first it was good. However the last several times food items are missing when going through the drive thru. And the things I do get haven't been hot. The chalupa I got last was extremely hard and inedible and forgot my taco supremes I added. When I tried to call to let them know 6 times there was no answer. But should expect no less when the regular greeting on the drive thru speaker they just say tacobell and nothing else

This place was horrible I went there today and the women nearest to the front didn’t even greet me took my order and purposely messed up my order and locked the door ! I asked for a grilled cheese burrito extra creamy chipotle she put no sour cream or creamy chipotle I asked for a fiesta potato she purposely replaced the cheese with beans she was extremely jealous!! She doesn’t deserve to work with others meals !
I don't know what the owner is doing here but they are hiring children that are rude uneducated with no service standards I am here on January 17 2025. Your drive-thru workers are telling me you guys do not have the strawberry freeze Baja Blast they do not know your menu they are rude and you guys just really need to do better or just shut this place down.

This is the worst restaurant not even Taco Bell!! They had their drive-thru closed at 5:30 in the afternoon!! Also whenever I buy food here half my order is wrong! If you want food never go to this restaurant at this address clearly corporate or no one else cares who works here because they don't care about their restaurant!!
