Ordered the $7 build your own box, potatoes were overcooked and hard. That's the second time they've come out like that. What happened?

This is the second time my issue at this location is about the handling of my debit card. Just went through the drive through and when I handed my card to the girl instead of immediately taking payment she put it on the ledge inside the window...yeah I SAW the phone that was on the ledge you put my card next to. She took another drive through order and when she was done picked my card up swiped it then handed it back. For clarification, the phone was laid flat on the ledge so guess they didn't know it could still be seen. I'm in an SUV, so I have a different view than a car. Not my main account which is a plus for me but I'm definitely going to be diligent checking it over the next few weeks. I'll definitely update if any mysterious charges appear on this account. First time, my son went to pick up our food and when he came home and I asked for my card he said they told him it was in the bag along with the receipt. It wasn't. Immediately, I went back up there, was told it was given back to him, then had to get belligerent only for them to walk to the back to mysteriously find my card. I live 5 minutes away so this wasn't hours later.

I really enjoy going to Taco Bell almost every night. I always get the same thing, “5 layer beefy burrito”. Make sure you get a drink after!

First off I send my husband to Taco Bell to get me a nacho bell grande meal I asked for extra beef what beef was in the bowl nothing but cheese and lettuce and the chips very little beef you charge me extra and yet never received it number two the lady in the window was rude my brother was not happy with the attitude no mild sauce at all in the bag when he asked for it. the taco in the order. I never wanted it supreme highly allergic to sour cream. most definitely not coming back to this location again might aswell go to the other location because that is ridiculous. I didn’t even want my food remade at all I just wanted a refund but the manager was very sweet enough to remake it.
