Since becoming vegetarian Taco Bell is the only fast food I eat because of the bean options. This is the only location that I have been to where I have to pay to substitute beans for meat. Also all of their prices for subbing are more than anywhere I've been. I will not go to this one again

PROVIDED ME A WHOLE BAG OF SAUCES THEN CLAIMED THEY GAVE ME FOOD! Stay away this place, they will screw up your order and you call about their mishap they tell you to come back to get the things THEY FORGOT just for you to get up there for them to refuse service. Corporate will be called, a dispute will be made. I would like to request the footage of the drive through window and the line to prove they are incompetent of doing a simple job. Provide me what I paid for! The guy looked high and the lady who gave me the partial food wouldn’t even come and speak to me about her mishap. Beware!

K & G here, reporting live from the absolute taco catastrophe that was the Taco Bell on Morse Road. We pulled up hungry and full of hope—craving that Frank’s Red Hot Chicken Burrito—only to endure a 20-minute drive-thru purgatory and be betrayed by the bag we were handed.
First crime: they literally threw a potato taco in there unwrapped—cheese and lettuce scattered everywhere like a piñata exploded, except instead of candy, it was a sad confetti of carbs and brown lettuce. And the burrito? We ordered chicken with spicy Frank’s heat, but got a grilled cheese beef burrito that tasted like regret.
The food was as messy as our emotions, and our stomachs are currently filing formal complaints. They did manage to leave the sour cream off the double beef burrito like we asked, so I guess that’s… something, but at this point, it’s like applauding a fireman for not robbing you while your house burns...which doesn't make sense.

Went inside to get my food lady was trying to make me use a computer but she was not doing anything but standing behind that behind the counter went through the window and she was sort of a smart-ass laughing about it

I recently visited this establishment late last night and found myself waiting for 30 minutes at the drive-through window. I had placed my order online; however, upon receiving my order, I discovered that several items were missing. Notably, my Nacho Grande lacked any meat and instead included a considerable amount of beans on the side, which was quite unexpected. Regrettably, this experience contributes to a pattern of unsatisfactory service, and as such, I will not be returning to this location.

I ordered a double stack taco and had ordered a side of beef right before 1 at night I assume the workers must was sleeping smdh no lettuce, no cheese. The owner should be ashamed to have people working for them that cannot do the damn job.
