I got regular soft tacos and they were soggy as hell. It was like they dropped them in water. Water was literally dropping out of the taco. It wasn’t the beef juice, it was water. Who wants to eat a taco that is soaking wet. I tried to call them several times but of course they didn’t answer. So disgusting and disappointed. Never going there again. They knew what they were doing was wrong and did it anyways. They don’t care at all at this location!

My expectations were below the belt to what was served to me. Didn’t grill my five layer burrito when asked to, gave me cold fries, had to remake them, and my Chalupa bread was hard as a rock. I expected more from this location.

I just pulled into the drive-thru at 10:44 PM. The first person who took my order sounded extremely lazy, like he was half asleep. Then, a different lady came on the mic and asked me to repeat my order. I asked for a bowl with extra chicken, but she responded with “extra veggies?” It felt like they weren’t even listening properly. Honestly, it seemed like she was also sleepy. More over she was literally yelling.Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service.

It was supposed to be 5 Soft Taco Supremes (Chicken) ..Not Soft Tacos , they were too busy talking about work related things and didn't pay attention. Charged for 5 Chicken Soft Taco Supremes too. Your nightshift is ghetto and talks bad about your dayshift co-workers .
