Of course my dumbass didn't check before I left but I didn't get my avocado ranch and I even rounded up .....
Used to love this location But yesterday gave me some different opinions Smelled incredibly bad when walking in and half the staff left as we walked in to smoke And the other half was in the back and didn't respond when asking for assistance with the digital self order register thingy.

I got regular soft tacos and they were soggy as hell. It was like they dropped them in water. Water was literally dropping out of the taco. It wasn’t the beef juice, it was water. Who wants to eat a taco that is soaking wet. I tried to call them several times but of course they didn’t answer. So disgusting and disappointed. Never going there again. They knew what they were doing was wrong and did it anyways. They don’t care at all at this location!

My expectations were below the belt to what was served to me. Didn’t grill my five layer burrito when asked to, gave me cold fries, had to remake them, and my Chalupa bread was hard as a rock. I expected more from this location.
