Saw that this food truck was in the area and have wanted to check them out. Met the owner Jason. He opened the truck in December as an addition to the restaurant. I decided to order the 1/2 and 1/2. As it states you can order two halves of any dish. I elected to get the Red Beans and Smoked Sausage and also the Chicken Maque Chou. The Red Beans and Sausage had some nice lighter sliced sausage in it with some great red beans cooked with a number of spices in it, so tasty. Yummm!!!...read full review

Saw the YATS food truck at the Olde Towne East Market & Arts wWalk and had to run over and get some lunch. I went with the Drunken Chicken ($9) which is a shredded chicken, crushed red pepper flakes, olive oil, garlic, beer, and bread crumbs over rice in a bowl. It was so good and packed with flavor.
