Even though everything is very delicious, it takes forever for them to prepare a single drink. We have been waiting for almost 40 minutes. I can only recommend if you have all day to wait.

Had couple drinks and mochi donuts. They were super tasty and fresh. Would highly recommend

The workers are not friendly and will not let you know your order is ready. The girl was literally on FaceTime while completing my order. The tea did not taste good, the girl did not know what she was doing. I will not be back!

This score is probably a little lower than they deserve, given that their bubble tea is above average for Columbus, but there are so many other small issues. Issues that could easily be resolved.

Firstly, their pricing is notably higher than other bubble tea in the area without being that much better. Enchantea’s higher prices are paired with much higher tea quality, whereas Tsaocaa nearby has similar tea quality with lower prices and better service.

Speaking of service, the workers were surly and didn’t even call out when our order was ready. They were more concerned with their phones. Now I don’t mind if workers who aren’t busy spend time on their phones, but at least put effort into the one customer you have.

Moving on, the mochi doughnuts were served cold and hard. Given the small size of the place, I suspect they expect people to take orders home and reheat the doughnuts in the microwave, rather than stick around.

The space is creatively organized for such a small area. I like that the seating is against the window and the far wall. It creates an open and comfortable feeling in the store. I’m unsure how I feel about the wall seating. While the concrete slabs that makeup stadium-style seating are cold and hard, I really enjoyed the unique character of it. Small cushions and tables are placed on the slabs to make it more comfortable. The cold concrete will probably feel pretty nice during a hot summer.

Cool little place to get mochi donuts. My favorite ones were churro and strawberry donuts. It’s so easy to order at the kiosk and just pick up at the window.

Now a days you can find bubble tea just about anywhere, there is at least 25+ shops that offer bubble tea in the greater Columbus area that I alone am aware of. We chose this establishment specifically because the menu on there online website stated they ALSO offered Korean style corndogs and Egg Toast which is not so commonly found. My husband and I drove across town to visit them and low and behold they do not offer these dishes and have not in the past year, even though when you walk into there shop there are three different areas advertising that they do. When I asked the employee if they would consider updating there menu and remove the advertisements in there shop they just looked dumbfounded to me. Would not recommend at all.

This is my first time trying mochi donuts so I can’t compare flavors to other places, but man are these satisfying to chew. This place had many good-looking flavors, all of which you can see in a display case hanging on the wall. You order on a pad, so you get zero interaction with the employees. The inside had a fun Japanese atmosphere and some fun seating options against the wall. The orders came out fairly quickly, but you could tell everything was made fresh because everything was warm and soft. They also have other things on the menu, like amazing fruit green teas. I believe they also have boba, but in these teas, they had chopped fruit in the bottom, which was delicious and refreshing. Their milk tea was very good too. The worst part about this place, which has nothing to do with the place, is the atrocious parking situation. There are so limited spots that people park on the side of the building with their hazards on. I was luckily able to find one behind the building near the dumpster. I definitely recommend trying this place.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian donuts.

Parking: VERY little amount of parking spots. A few in the back of building.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible.

Cute to go tea and donut shop, for some reason I thought they had Korean corn dogs? But there’s no real food here, just sweets. Really liked the donuts! I got the classic milk tea and it was just okay.

The donuts and service was excellent, but the honeydew bubble tea tasted like bland oatmeal. I tried my friend's Taro and it seems like the bubble tea here is extremely creamy with muted flavors. The restaurant also had a humid and weird smell and everything looked a little dirty/felt sticky. It's a cute place, but I think it could use many improvements.

This is a great mochi donut location if you want a more quiet experience and are an introvert or suffer from social anxiety. The only thing you see of the staff is their hands when they place your order on the pick up counter, and the two times I went I was the only guest in the store. Ordering is via the touchscreen - I’m not sure if they would accept cash (except for tips!)The donuts themselves are delicious. They offer some flavors that you don’t see everywhere else like coconut or soybean. Their standard flavors like ube, oreo, and black sesame are delicious! Another plus is the packaging is very cute and unique.Even better, they have a rewards program!

The donuts are good, but will they ever get the rice hotdogs?
