We were seated as we came into the restaurant. Waited almost 15 minutes for a waiter to come. He was more than apologetic. He was working both the patio and the interior of the the restaurant. Orders were placed and the food came quickly. I ordered the bison strip steak with mashed potatoes and buttered carrots. The wife ordered the salmon dinner with mashed potatoes and broccoli. She said the salmon was good but the potatoes could have used som butter or milk added to them they were kind of dry and the broccoli could have cooked a bit longer over all good. My bison steak had a full bodied taste but almost half of it was fat and waste. The potatoes were okay for me I used the bison juices to moisten them and tha carrots were cold. I did order a drink a kettle one on the rocks with a lime. Unfortunately I don't think it was kettle one it had a weird after taste and kettle has none. The steak and salmon were delish but the little things lowered my ranking.
Only had take out so hard to give higher marks on service and atmosphere. Great food
I have to say, very nice establishment. The waiters were nice and the food came out way faster than I expected. We had just finished the Bison Nachos(very good by the way), and our food was out. The Bison short ribs taste like we cooked them at home...delicious! The drink I had was nice as well. Great restaurant indeed! I highly recommend this place.
Excellent food and good time
Bro this place cannot cook a steak. My father and I went for dinner and both got the NY strip. Both were undercooked, extremely underseasoned, and zero crust to speak of. They didn't trim the excess fat or render it at all. Don't even get me started on the mashed potatoes. They clearly emptied a baked potato onto the plate and lightly mixed some garlic in. That's it. No salt, no pepper and barely noticeable amounts of butter. The waitress was very nice and the restaurant has a nice vibe. However if you want a good steak, stay far away
Best food ever... Fantastic service.
I got the big sky salad with Bison Steak and it was very good, drinks/service was also very good
The Swiss and mushroom bison burger was really good, and the parmesan broccoli is a pretty good alternative to fried sides. Overall, it's a quality meal at a price you'd expect to pay in 2025.
First time here with a friend. She explained to me before going that not only did they offer Bison, but also a Beef option. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, and could be considered somewhat romantic due to the dim lighting. I was surprised and delighted by the pickled cucumbers served instead of bread before the meal. I thought the cucumbers were a different yet nice choice. The server was polite and appropriate. The food was bought out in a timely manner despite how busy they were. I'd recommend this establishment and I would return.
Place seems understaffed which hurts customer service. For $30, I'd expect more.

Awesome survive, quick on getting food out. Refills are quick too. The one thing I wasn’t a fan of too much was the paper straws. I still do recommend! 🤍🤍🤍
The mac and cheese is horrible. Brown nasty gunk in it.
Always good food. I like the atmosphere.
The apple crisp dessert was fabulous
Best Bison burgers i have ever had. The beef strip steak is dry aged and in my top 3 steaks ever
Everything you could ask for in a restaurant. Service was excellent, bison burgers and sides were delicious. Then for the price, you cannot complain when eating here.
