We visited Ted’s Montana Grill at Easton,OH because we were craving burgers and chose the restaurant based on the strong reviews. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match what we expected. Our server brought the wrong food, which meant we couldn’t enjoy our meal together. By the time the correct order finally arrived, the wait had taken away the appetite I had when I first sat down.
What made the situation more disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment. Our server didn’t apologize for the mix‑up, didn’t check in on us, and didn’t refill our drinks unless we asked—despite the restaurant not being busy. When she later asked how everything was, I explained that I was disappointed with the service because of the incorrect order and lack of attention. She simply said “okay” and walked away.
A short time later, the manager, Kevin, came to our table. He listened, apologized sincerely, and handled the situation with professionalism. His response was appreciated and was the one positive moment in an otherwise frustrating visit.
We hope to see improvement in the service on our next visit, because the concept and menu have great potential.

We enjoyed a wonderful Valentine’s dinner with coworkers and had such a great experience! Even without a reservation on such a busy holiday, we were able to find seats next to the kitchen and loved watching all the action. Despite how packed it was, the quality of the food and the service were never compromised. A huge shoutout to all the cooks for their hard work and to our waitress, Jasmine, who truly made our night memorable. She was attentive, warm, and on top of everything. Great job to the entire team — we’ll definitely be back! ❤️✨

1st off. I need to give accolades to the Manager Dave. I made reservations online for me & my wife for Valentine's day dinner. Something happened & when we arrived they didn't show a reservation for us but Dave got us seated anyway so a huge thank you to Dave. My Bison Ribeye steak was cooked perfectly, the garlic mashed potatoes with gravy were really good & the garlic crusted broccoli was cooked perfectly as well. My wife ordered the Avalon burger with 50/50 onion rings & fries & she sad that the burger & onion rings were really good as well. Thank you to the entire staff at Ted's Montana Grill Easton.

Great Bison Chili, very delicious. I also had the Bison Meatloaf, fantastic. I am adding a little to my review. I have eaten Bison, in many places. Bison burger, steak, chili, and meatloaf. Frankly, I love the flavor of good Buffalo. I have had in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Ohio, and even Virginia (Bison, Beef and Veal Meatloaf.) What i had at Ted's was the best chili and meatloaf, I have eaten anwhere.

The food is always delicious at Ted's Montana grill. But the atmosphere was so fun and the servers that we had were so funny we enjoyed interacting with them and had such a great time!!
Went to Ted's for the first time in several years and it did NOT disappoint. Had the Bison Delmonico and it beat out steaks more than twice the price. For once a restaurant was much better than I remember. Now that I know there is a Ted's in Columbus I'll be returning. Everything was great. Our waiter was amazing, wish I could remember their name to post here.

Good high-end feel restaurant. Service was good when I was there (around 8pm) and I loved the atmosphere, classy but also a little rustic. I really enjoyed the buffalo nachos appetizer. I ordered the George’s Classic Cadillac bison burger, it was ok but was too done and didn’t have a lot of flavor. The fries were better than the burger
