Overall not bad. Food was good. But the other 2 individuals in our party were running 15 mins late due to traffic and they refused to seat us until they were there. We were hoping to get a table and have some drinks in the meantime. Since they refused, we went across the street to have a margarita, came back, ate, ordered water and then back across the street for more margaritas. They lost out on sales and the server on tips, since we were refused to be seated and have some drinks...
The food there is pretty good. Sometimes the steak can have a lot of fat on it. The service is usually prompt and friendly. There prime rib and mango frozen margaritas are really good. The only thing that puts me off is the robotic verbiage’s and obnoxious t shirts. It all seems forced when all the servers say “fresh made bread” or “made from scratch sides”, while all wearing shirts that say” I ❤️ job.”. It just comes off artificial.
They forgot to give me the half gallon of tea, I realized in time to go back for this, but, they also forgot my half slab side, which I didnt realize until later at home.Ordered this for pick up because I didnt want to spend my birthday in a crowded restaurant and I didn't want to cook. The young man at the drive thru was very nice
