Beeline - Easton Town Center

I am writing to share a concerning experience I had recently at Beeline around 9:00 PM on Thursday the 5th.

I have visited this location many times in the past, often bringing friends who are visiting from Armenia, Ukraine, and Russia. I have always enjoyed the venue and typically recommend it to others. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing.

When I arrived with my partner, there appeared to be a private party taking place inside. However, there were no visible signs or indications at the entrance informing guests that the space was reserved or limited due to a private event. As a result, the situation was confusing from the moment we walked in.

I ordered two tequila drinks with pineapple juice from the bar. During this interaction, the female bartender who assisted us spoke in a manner that felt dismissive and rude. Her tone and attitude made me feel unwelcome and talked down to as a customer. When I politely asked why she seemed to be treating us this way, a male bartender intervened and immediately sided with her without attempting to understand the situation or address my concern.

As someone who has brought many friends and guests to this establishment in the past, I found this experience particularly disappointing. Hospitality and respectful communication are extremely important in the service industry, and this interaction made me feel unappreciated as a guest.

I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps improve the customer experience moving forward. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed so that future guests do not encounter a similar situation.

This cocktail bar has a spacious feel thanks to its high ceilings, and the booths were genuinely comfortable which is great for settling in and enjoying a drink. There’s a vast selection of liquor, and they run daily specials, which is always a plus. I noticed a microphone stand and an equipment table, so it looks like they host karaoke or other events during the week or on weekends.

I enjoyed my cocktail while sitting at the bar. The mixologists were steady, professional, and gave off a friendly vibe, which made the experience pleasant. This is definitely more of a cocktail lounge atmospher. You come here to chat and drink. There’s no food menu, so plan accordingly.

The layout is a bit unusual. If the single restroom on the first floor is occupied, you may have to head up a long stairway to the second floor. There’s a balcony level, but it’s more of a catwalk around the edges, with additional men’s and women’s restrooms on one side. It’s not a dealbreaker, just slightly odd in design.

Overall, it’s a solid spot if you’re looking for a specific drink or a relaxed lounge vibe. It’s not somewhere I’d frequent regularly, but it serves its purpose well without trying to be anything over the top.

We just hosted 2 surprise 40th birthday parties with beeline 2 weekends in a row! Beeline has a great atmosphere and even more amazing staff! Kyle was so easy to work with and we brought in our own catering (1st birthday with condado and 2nd birthday with roosters). Beeline has some of the best cocktails in Columbus! Try it out for a night out or plan a party with them! You won’t regret it!

In town visiting family, ended up bringing internet new year at Beeline. Beautiful atmosphere, great music/dj, drinks, diverse crowd and friendly staff. A must visit in the Columbus area.

Wanted to like this bar, but the one person in our group that left their tab open had a 60% tip added at closeout. Bartender was obviously overwhelmed and needed more help for a Saturday night crowd. I've done it before at other bars and never seen higher than 25% so thats kinda ridiculous.

Beeline is awesome! Great drinks, great atmosphere, and amazing bartenders & managers. I look forward to karaoke on Thursday nights every week because of Beeline! 10/10 overall <3

I regularly go to beeline, especially on Thursday nights for karaoke with Zach. As someone who has participated in karaoke nights all around Columbus, I can confidently say I have never felt a more welcoming atmosphere. Zach takes his time to build an amazing community of regulars and adds new ones every week. He is so encouraging and eases any nerves you may have with kind words or a quick joke. He is the best DJ and karaoke host I’ve ever come across and couldn’t recommend beeline and their karaoke night enough!

Beeline has been the place to be since day one! They got even better with Zach doing karaoke on Thursdays. Like the best vibes, Zach is so welcoming and the bartenders are top notch! Like I work around being at karaoke because I just can't miss it!! Everyone needs to start with a Thursday night karaoke you'll keep coming back!

I come to Beeline for the wonderful vibes and service. They treat their guests like friends and they always look out for their fellow service industry peeps.

I mainly come on Thursdays because of Zach and Jake! Karaoke is one of my favorite things to do because they have made it so fun! I didn’t sing when I first started but now I feel like it’s hard not to when they make it so much fun. They’re also very consistent. EVERY THURSDAY no matter what they’re there. Keep up the good work everyone ❤️

Beeline is the SPOT to be. Great drinks and AMAZING vibes. Karaoke on Thursdays is also 10/10. The DJ (Zach) always brings the fun. If you’re looking for a chill spot to grab happy hour drinks or to spend a night out this is your place!!

My favorite place to be on thursday nights! The drinks are great from amazing bartenders with an amazing food truck and top tier karaoke. I’ve been attending Thursday night karaoke for a little over a year, and it is so much fun. DJ Z Messina and DJ Jakey Jake have created the perfect karaoke atmosphere that makes everybody feel supported and encouraged when they go up to sing! it’s such a fun environment with no pressure and just good vibes all around. 10/10 recommend and will continue to attend and bring friends.

Me and my friend group frequent this bar for karaoke. The hosts of karaoke (Zach and Jake) are always a blast!! They really know how to make you feel welcome regardless of your skill level and they also are great entertainers. We always have an amazing time!! Only downsides are drinks are a bit pricey and the seating is not always abundant. Overall highly recommend coming here on Thursday nights!

A group of my friends and I attend karaoke here pretty frequently. Drinks at this bar are pricey, but it makes it a bit more worth it for the entertainment provided. Zach is a great and friendly host. And welcomed me as a regular after just a few weeks of attending.

Karaoke on Thursday's at Beeline is by far my favorite past time and the DJ Zach Messina does the BEST job as a karaoke DJ out of anyone in the city! The bartenders Fé and Danny and Miranda are three of my favorite people and they make killer cocktails!! All the bartenders are phenomenal!
