Crimson is a great cafe to stop by for a warm cup of coffee in Easton! Their seasonal drinks are rotating and offer creative options. This rosemary nutmeg latte was so creamy and smooth with a hint of sweetness. The rosemary flakes on top definitely added extra herbal spice as well. I'd call this place an whiskey style coffee house. They don't have whiskey there, but in the same way you might look for the subtilties of the flavors in whiskey, you would do the same here for coffee. Interesting.
