The service is terrible. The staffs are not friendly and helpful.
Also the front desk staff is lazy .
When I asked a bottle of the water they said they can’t give a water of the bottle each day . I have been staying here over two weeks. I’m a platinum member……. No a bottle of water no breakfast coupon……..I can’t believe it.
spacious rooms, nice shower, neat and clean hotel and all right in the middle of tons of shopping.
we just checked in a little while ago and they definitely aren't the friendliest
