Honestly, it's the staff for me. They are kind and hospitable and the service has kept me coming back as I work in the area. They are also kind enough to refill my yeti with water without taking any offense to my empty water vessel lol.
Mistakes happen, but this has little to no excuse. We ordered and were never served our food. After seeing every other table get served, my fiancée finally went up to the counter to find that our order was never put in. This happening before the kitchen closed for the night. Our server even brought our plates and utensils to the table and had they checked back on us, they’d know food never came, as clean plates just sat there.
