This was perfect for our small company's retreat. The afternoon was delightful: the chefs were so knowledgeable and helpful; the kitchen and dining areas are spectacular; and the food we cooked together was simply delicious.
Such a fun experience! We took the 'Lomo Saltado' class with Yohalex and his team. The food was delicious and Yohalex did an excellent job explaining everything. We were able to bring our own wine and Bourbon and were provided plenty of ice and glassware. My only recommendation would be for them to provide more details as to what we'd be served for the class. My husband was so worried we'd leave still hungry, but we had a very filling appetizer, plus our Lomo...
Did not know what to expect going into this, but what a fun experience! Susan and Paul are wonderful people, very friendly and really great teachers. 10/10 will definitely be back when we get the chance. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great night out that is both educational and delicious!
