they do a great job with the food there and they all most always get your order right... Love that they have a patio and it is heated... Love the location and the historic homes around it
If you like Wendy’s, I think you should love this location. New service set up was great. Restaurant was clean. Food was hot and fresh. Employees were friendly and helpful!
The A.I. is horrible. I actually don't like stopping in. Seems like the customer service aspect is out the window. No one greets u, but a lame machine. I stop here for lunch occasionally. Yesterday waited 14min for 2 double stacks that were cold. But I didn't have another 15min to wait. Today was much better. Though the customer service is horrid. If I were the franchise owner, I'd kept at least 1 cashier. You all be surprised how far human interaction goes. But hey, we're in...read full review
