I put my order in on the app so that’s one less place to screw it up. Yet they still just can’t seem to get it right. Always have something incorrect when I go here

Had to place my own order, but the lady who took cash basically did it for me. She was very nice and helpful. I hate and usually refuse to use self-service options as I'm not being paid by Wendy's. Ordered double stack with 4 pc. I received old spicy nuggets. Employees were very nice, welcoming, and helpful, but I will not use a machine to place my order again.

I've been to this location many times. I often go after I've been shopping at Kroger's, so I have to take my grocery cart with me. I don't really have nothing to complain about but I wish I could use my coupons at the kiosk. It's odd that there are now signs about loitering and locks on the bathrooms. I just wish it didn't take so long to get someone to come to the cash register so I can use the coupons that I get in the mail. I only have enough time to eat and then go back to West North Broadway so I can get the bus home. The food is really good.

Stephanie is an absolutely amazing employee. She went out of her way to ensure that my friend and I got our food when she absolutely did not have to. She went above and beyond in her service.

TLDR: don’t go to this Wendy’s.Dont typically do reviews of any kind especially negative but I have been frustrated enough by this particular location to be motivated to write one up. Have had multiple mobile orders messed up in the 2 years since moving to the neighborhood. Calling in to speak to anyone most often gets you hung up on or no one picking up at all if you want to bother to try and get it fixed. If you do show up to get it resolved(because it’s the second messed up mobile order in a three day period) more than a little later it won’t have been communicated to the next person in charge and they’ll grill you on finding your exact order and over what was missing or wrong and only care about resolving the missed food and not that you had to make multiple trips and it was a big inconvenience for a mistake that should never have happened in the first place. I’m not saying give someone the place for free but even the offer of another sandwich or a free frosty? Nope, nada. Avoid at all costs. Henderson location just runs so much better and provides way better service imo.

Pretty bad service. I waited in line for my in-app order to find out no one was working the drive thru speaker.

The food was good. My complaint is they advertised on TV Dave singles and double cheeseburgers for $1.00 & $2.00 only if you use their app which sucks. Since I didn't my two single cheeseburgers and small fries and a glass of water cost me almost $13.00. Wendy's needs to realize some of older generation don't use apps.

I ordered a delivery meal from this location (3592 N. High St Clintonville) for the first time. I ordered a large Dave's single combo with no ketchup and added mustard and extra cheese. The order came in about half an hour. Upon opening the order I found a cheeseburger with mustard and extra cheese.I called Wendy's to explain what happened and was told by "the manager" (who told me he was not allowed to give me his name) that I had to come in. I explained that, being disabled, that was impossible. I told him to please send out the correct sandwich but the fries and Frosty I received were okay and didn't need replaced. He said he couldn't do that. He told me that Door Dash would have to replace the sandwich.I asked why, since Door Dash didn't mess up the order... someone in his store did. (He read the order back to me and it was correct. He said someone just made a tiny mistake.I explained that the "tiny mistake" cost me a chunk of money and my supper.)He said, "Talk to Door Dash. We're not a caterer."This is the first time I've used this location and the first time I've had problems.I recommend using the Wendy's at 2126 Morse Rd. They've never made an error!

Went thru the drive-thru. Fish sandwich was dried out and cold. Root beer soda was out of syrup. Tried calling the store all night. No answer. 02/24/24.

The food is at this location is either dripping wet or old and dry. There doesn’t seem to be an in between. At the last visit the worker at the drive thru window didn’t speak once. Didn’t tell me the price, didn’t say hello, nothing. He just reached for my card and handed the food over. It honestly seemed like he was mad at me for being there.I’m always as polite as possible, I worked in the service industry for years bussing tables, washing dishes, etc so I know these aren’t fun jobs. But I at least acknowledged the customers I interfaced with. The building looks nice though.

The worst Wendy's I have been in to date.Music is BLARING loud, can't hear the person sitting next to you. I'm serious it's ridiculously loud. You have to wash your hands prison style in front of everyone.Employees weren't accommodating, no napkins etc. Food was not good.Stay away from this location.

This is what three dollars worth of fries looks like now (large). And they were soggy, on top of that. Was not told what my total would be at the menu by the woman on the mic. Was not spoken to AT ALL by the man at the window. Lucky I handed the right bill to him, I guess.

Unique experience for any Wendy's I've been in! Locked bathrooms, no loitering signs, and no napkins or condiments out to grab as needed. But the food and service is consistent with Wendy's standards. Loud music pumping in the clean dining room. I got the $2 off taco salad Tue deal, and I appreciate that they keep the chips separate.
