Got a smoothie today and a bagel only to drink my smoothie 80% of the way and find a hair in it. Really disgusting and it definitely was not my hair.

Came here for donuts as desserts around 1pm, but there were few choices left. The most popular items were sold out, even my favorite Boston cream. Also, WiFi did not work in this Tim Hortons.

I recently walked to Tim Hortons for a cold beverage at 7 weeks pregnant craving something anything cold. I get there a bit after 6pm on a Saturday and the menu is cut off chairs put up they looked closed. But a guy from Wendy's next door said it was open. So I went over and was immediately told they were not serving food drinks only, which was no problem. He asked what I wanted I said I'm not sure I'm not a regular here can you turn on the menu. He told me no and I was obviously pissed. I get not wanting to serve food near closing but to not even turn on the menu so I can place an order was jus rude and bad for business. This is a bustling neighborhood with a ton of young working families in the area and ppl like us have no problem goin a few miles down the road where we can be properly welcomed and serviced. Ppl forget its customers that keep u in business granite the customer is not always right. I will NEVER go to this location again. And after reading the reviews this has happened many of times. Mgt is either ok with this practice or you guys need staff that actually want 2 wrk

The entire order was incorrect. The first woman couldn't figure out how to work the register and got my order wrong. I told her three times and still had to leave the drive thru and go in to get the donuts fixed. When I got home, I realized my two lattes were regular coffees and I had two of the wrong breakfast sandwiches.

I went here to try the Oreo capped drink that is being advertised. I also downloaded the app for the first time and saw that a cold drink was free for the first 7 days. I went in and there were 2 employees in the front and I later saw a 3rd bring ice out me and another customer waited almost 5 minutes before a door dash person was helped then another 2 minutes Before I was even greeted. Once I had some help, I asked if the oreo drink counted, and the employee told me no! I said, "That's ok. Just give me that drink, and she again said no, it doesn't work. I was like," That's fine. I will just buy it. I also ordered the 2 for 6 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. I scanned my app, and the employee was wrong it does work on the oreo drink, so if you were wondering, this review at least helped you with that, but you do have to order a medium. I waited a while, and my drink was up then a little longer. I was then told I was waiting on fresh eggs.. I did appreciate this. I waited another 4 minutes and got my food. I don't know if it's just me, but the biscuit from Tim Hortons always has that cooked yesterday microwaved taste, and it's just very displeasing. The drink was good, though. While waiting, I noticed a homeless guy sitting there and looked a little sketch, but I didn't stay. What's cool about this location is it is a Wendy's and Tim Hortons inside, so you can order and eat on either side. Pretty large seating area also. TERRIBLE FOOD & SERVICE! Went through the Drive-thru around 5:15-5:45am on Saturday, Jan 7th, 2022. Not sure of exact time and was never given a receipt. The fellow that spoke sounded like he wished he was anywhere other than where he was. (He also displayed the same attitude at the window, he literally was glaring at us) Ordered a large black coffee... it had cream and sugar in it. Ordered 4 blueberry muffins which were without question, from the day before! They were stale, squished and not edible. Ordered 3 hash browns, he said they weren't available. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches - We got those and they were decent.All in all, a disaster. Don't plan on ever going back.
