Came here for donuts as desserts around 1pm, but there were few choices left. The most popular items were sold out, even my favorite Boston cream. Also, WiFi did not work in this Tim Hortons.

I went here to try the Oreo capped drink that is being advertised. I also downloaded the app for the first time and saw that a cold drink was free for the first 7 days. I went in and there were 2 employees in the front and I later saw a 3rd bring ice out me and another customer waited almost 5 minutes before a door dash person was helped then another 2 minutes Before I was even greeted. The first time I visit this location it was fine. But the last two times that I visited could be better. I order a small vanilla latte and it tastes like coffee with cream and no sugar. I don't know why. I ordered a vanilla latte and it is not sweet. They charge me for vanilla latte and give me coffee with cream. I get the feeling that the employees here are tired of servicing me and they want to see other customers.
