Several times now, including today, we have gone in to order and had to wait while everybody works the drive thru. They know we are there but they don't wait on us. After 10 minutes we leave. We are frequent customers. We like the food, but I don't understand why we are ignored in favor of the drive thru. After a car or two goes through, we have been waiting longer to place our order than anyone in the car line.

We really like Tim Horton's. Good coffee. Fresh baked goods. Apple fritters were half the size of the fritters from DD.
Had a strange encounter with the person cleaning the restrooms who angrily asked if we flushed since "people shouldn't flush because it wastes water". Bizarre. But the coffee and pastries were good regardless.

I went here to try the Oreo capped drink that is being advertised. I also downloaded the app for the first time and saw that a cold drink was free for the first 7 days. I went in and there were 2 employees in the front and I later saw a 3rd bring ice out me and another customer waited almost 5 minutes before a door dash person was helped then another 2 minutes Before I was even greeted. Once I had some help, I asked if the oreo drink counted, and the employee told me no! I said,...
