Today I ordered a caramel cold latte at drive thru. Attendant asked me twice what flavor I wanted after i ordered. Twice I told him caramel. I was handed a watered down mocha latte. Didnt realize was mocha until i was back at work. I didnt even finish it. Took few sips. Was horrible. Called to let them know and they said thanks for letting them know. This used to be a great place but over the last 5 years, has really gone down hill. I used to go there mumtiple times a week. Now seldom do I go. Poor mgt Im guessing is issue.

I just order some takeout food but I order donuts but I get two missing donuts and they give me a extra vanilla dip. I so disappointed.

Aza was amazing!!! October 15th I stopped and got a coffee and my favorite ham and swiss croissant.. he is absolutely my favorite employee!! He is always so happy and enthusiastic with customers it's so respectful and delightful for someone who works in the morning on their way to work and throughout the day... I appreciate his patience and enthusiasm to serve his customers and therefore he gets five stars from me!!!! Aza is everyone's favorite!!! 🥰🥰🥰
Ordered a hot caramel macchiato from their window. The old short blck guy took my order and made the coffee, but they dumped so much sugar or caramel it was undrinkable. I got out of the car, went inside, and told the same guy the coffee was too sweet and asked if they could replace it or just get me another one. Instead of fixing it, he got offended, angry, and ready to argue, saying he didn’t put any sugar in my coffee. I said fine, just let me buy another one . How the hell does such a rude, bad-tempered, unprofessional person deal with customers? Thanks for ruining my morning. Neither me nor my family will ever bring our money here again

The two young gentlemen that helped me today were amazing! I didn't catch their names but, they made my experience memorable. The location ran out of a few ingredients for the drinks I ordered online. Not only did they substitute it for the most similar items, they also had me try it in real time and asked my opinion. It is hard for me to traverse dietary/food sensitivities but they made it simple and I LOVED it more then the original. Please give them a raise or an extra day off. This type of customer service is hard to come by, I will be coming back! :)

What has happened to Tim Hortons? I remember when donuts were baked fresh on site, coffee was tasty, and the customer service was great. One location opened in our town way back when and I remember the workers actually coming out to the dining room and serving us coffee in real Tim Hortons ceramic mugs. Real plates too. And then they had the bread bowl! Do you remember? It was freaking glorious back then!
Enough reminiscing, this company is a freaking shell of what it once was and it is a damn shame. The faster it goes out of business, the better. We need to focus and make this happen. Come on people.

Twice now when I get coffee, the girl running the drive thru is rude, gets the coffee wrong (they’re simple orders btw nothing crazy) and gets an attitude when you tell her it’s wrong. It’s disappointing because I’m a big Tims girl.

Coffee is not that big a deal! We ordered an Americano double cream double sugar, we asked "hey can you put some cream and sugar in this please?" When we received black coffee. The old woman working drive thru at 10:30am on Sunday September 22 shouted "WHATS WRONG WITH IT YOU DIDNT SAY ANYTHING" and we literally had to say "we ordered an americano double cream double sugar, it's not a big deal, can we just have cream and sugar in it please" like WE had to calm HER down as the patient snd understanding customer... she dumped it out and gave us entirely milk. It was not a big deal, but we don't have time for this, so we're getting coffee somewhere else. But would appreciate a refund for the cup of milk we received that should have been an americano double cream double sugar! Thanks!
