The two young gentlemen that helped me today were amazing! I didn't catch their names but, they made my experience memorable. The location ran out of a few ingredients for the drinks I ordered online. Not only did they substitute it for the most similar items, they also had me try it in real time and asked my opinion. It is hard for me to traverse dietary/food sensitivities but they made it simple and I LOVED it more then the original. Please give them a raise or an extra day off. This type of customer service is hard to come by, I will be coming back! :)
Literally can’t or won’t add sugar to coffee and is so rude
Fresh hot coffee. Friendly in store employee.
You need to get better employees

What has happened to Tim Hortons? I remember when donuts were baked fresh on site, coffee was tasty, and the customer service was great. One location opened in our town way back when and I remember the workers actually coming out to the dining room and serving us coffee in real Tim Hortons ceramic mugs. Real plates too. And then they had the bread bowl! Do you remember? It was freaking glorious back then!
Enough reminiscing, this company is a freaking shell of what it once was and it is a damn shame. The faster it goes out of business, the better. We need to focus and make this happen. Come on people.

Twice now when I get coffee, the girl running the drive thru is rude, gets the coffee wrong (they’re simple orders btw nothing crazy) and gets an attitude when you tell her it’s wrong. It’s disappointing because I’m a big Tims girl.

Coffee is not that big a deal! We ordered an Americano double cream double sugar, we asked "hey can you put some cream and sugar in this please?" When we received black coffee. The old woman working drive thru at 10:30am on Sunday September 22 shouted "WHATS WRONG WITH IT YOU DIDNT SAY ANYTHING" and we literally had to say "we ordered an americano double cream double sugar, it's not a big deal, can we just have cream and sugar in it please" like WE had to calm HER down as the patient snd understanding customer... she dumped it out and gave us entirely milk. It was not a big deal, but we don't have time for this, so we're getting coffee somewhere else. But would appreciate a refund for the cup of milk we received that should have been an americano double cream double sugar! Thanks!

It looks like this is a common issue but I attempted the drive thru at 4:45 pm and was told they were closed despite the fact there was someone in front of me. Their hours say they are closed at 5.
both yesterday and today i got oreo iced caps from this location and they both had an unbearably rancid strong sour taste. i took the one back yesterday to a different TH and they remade it and said this location likely used expired/sat out dairy products. the remake was soooo delicious. my boyfriend got me another ice cap today as a surprise and it is still the same rancid pungent taste from yesterday. it’s just disgusting:( will be taking it back once again
I was stop to get a breakfast and some donuts and he say waiting is 5 min so look around no cars one just passed and no reason push customer away and lose you sale! This location is getting worse! So I went to Starbucks and what a welcome!

I went to the drive through at 7:30 AM Friday. June 28th ordered a medium French vanilla cappuccino, which charged a $1.09 just for whipped cream. What a mess. They were very nice at the window. Gave me my coffee. I had to put my card away and my receipt away. So I can pull out of the drive through. There was no one behind me and no one in the drive through. I look over to my left and one of the staff members is hanging out the window with their hand waving me to leave the drive through. I gave her a very weird look and said I'm going. I was very put out about this they weren't busy ,there wasn't anybody in the drive through and then as I drove away, I saw her in the rear view mirror waving at me and laughing. What rude service I've had trouble with this facility before and I didn't go back for a long time. It's close to my work and it's convenient, but I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else next time. I will not go back to this Tim Hortons ever.

Kids love the donuts! Their iced coffee is always very watery to me.

We always get breakfast at this Tim Horton's and they consistently have great food that tastes fresh. Today, Essence, the woman running the drive-thru window was so kind and happy to help us with our order. It made a great start to the day!

Speedy service before the Memorial Day parade! Food was fresh, delicious, but unfortunately, they ran out of donuts by 10am.

I ordered a drink and didn’t get it, I ordered from door dash and my dasher showed me that he didn’t receive a drink from the store I called and they said that did give it him, which they clearly didn’t so I wasted money on something I didn’t even receive.
