Just did drive thru but service was friendly and food was up to the usual tim hortons standards
Worst experience ever at a Tim Hortons. Customer service is non existent, I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but I won't return.
It's ok. Not very friendly when it came to not ever been
I have gone there twice and ordered a BLT in a wrap. Both times I've received a wrap with eggs, cheese, and bacon. This last time I even stated bacon, tomato, and bacon but got eggs and cheese. Since I hate eggs both wraps have been thrown away. I can't figure our how I'm to order what I want!! There is BLT on the menu board but on a bun instead of a wrap. I didn't think my order was that different than what is posted.
Felt new and clean
The staff is rude and unapologetic when messing up orders. Twice in the same visit.
I had ordered egg and cheese on croissant and I just croissant and everything with onion n chives and I definitely did not get that . This is so unbelievable. Morning breakfast ruined completely.
really bad coffee! staff was nice enough to remake it but it was still quite bad!
The service left a lot to be desired. There was a lot of misunderstanding in ordering and then the drinks and food were not made correctly for the order
Lobby was closed for no reason@ 8am

Bring a spoon for when they don't stir your coffee, otherwise you'll have black coffee until you get to your pile of sugar at the bottom. And just like every other Tim Hortons in Columbus, the customer service is bad.
Avoid the place, the stuff is rude!
Avoid at all costs.
My mobile order today for a turkey bacon club did not have any turkey on it. I would appreciate receiving some type of credit for the sandwich. The store on Polaris Parkway, Columbus, OH does not answer its phone.
I hate leaving bad reviews because there is enough negativity in the world, and I try to only leave good reviews, but today I was just surprised. I went through the drive through, ordered some bagels to take home, a donut, and a grilled cheese. I paid for my order, got my bag of food, and pulled into a parking spot to eat. Perfect. The girl was nice, though she seemed in a hurry because of all the cars behind in line, so as I sat there, I wondered if she was the only one working today. I ate the donut and was looking for the grilled cheese when I realized it wasn't in the bag. Mistakes happen, and I was just going to disregard it and go about my day, until I noticed the drive-through was now empty (according to my receipt, 4 minutes had passed). I had my 4 month old puppy in the car, otherwise, I would have tried to walk inside. Anyway, since no one was in line anymore, I figured I might as well ask for the grilled cheese. I pulled back up to the drive-through window, but she wasn't there. Another young lady was standing behind the register at the regular counter, not helping anyone. It took a minute to get her attention, but she just waved me away and continued standing there. She wasn't helping anyone else, there was no one else around, and so I didn't know what to do. Finally, she walked away completely. So I sat in the drive-through for another minute before realizing no one was interested in helping me, and I left. I understand people make mistakes, so I wasn't upset about the missing grilled cheese, but the lack of effort to even see what my problem was when I had my receipt in hand really bothered me.
