The drive thru is covered in cigarettes and potholes beware!
The donuts are stale by noon and the coffee always tastes burnt.

Had extra time so I went inside to tell them I wanted a refund, they kept the products I received and the cashier told me she doesn’t know how to process a refunds.

I have been to many Tim Hortons from the border of Canada all the way to now Houston TX and my order is always the same.. I want to give a shout out to the young man who made my Chipotle Steak Wrap on 25 July around 2pm, it was the best one I've had.

I went to the drive through and ordered the Chicken Panini and it was the worst lunch I have had in the Columbus Area in years. Can't believe they served it. Service was fine and fast, but that barely passed for food.

I had Angelica as my drive thru person, she was so nice. My donut's chocolate topping was very minorly stuck to the paper it was in and she asked if I was satisfied with it. I was perfectly happy, but it was such a pleasant juxtaposition against a walk-in place I go to in Delaware sometimes. My most recent donut from them was totally smashed against the container, plus it was a lot pricier and not drive-thru. Tim Hortons looks about 10x better based on my comparison. Mad props to Angelica.

I've sworn off this location after having to go back on four separate occasions because someone forgot either the turkey or the bacon in my turkey bacon club.

No managers or any other employees, only one poor girl who had only been there working for 2 days who didn't know anything yet (not to any fault of her own) ( I can't stress that enough because it was only her second day and was not trained on anything yet). So the food was incorrect due to the supplies the drinks were incorrect but that's okay given the girls'circumstances. Shame on Tim Hortons for pushing a young girl to the wolves. Not only should she get a bonus and a raise you should make her manager because she was professional as she could be the whole time even while she was calling any managers numbers that she had and no one answered. She did what she could in which still able to make the food and drinks to the best of her ability while listening to me the consumer instructing her on what goes in them. Bravo to that girl, you were a superstar that day!!!

Worst experience ever at a Tim Hortons. Customer service is non existent, I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but I won't return.

I have gone there twice and ordered a BLT in a wrap. Both times I've received a wrap with eggs, cheese, and bacon. This last time I even stated bacon, tomato, and bacon but got eggs and cheese. Since I hate eggs both wraps have been thrown away. I can't figure our how I'm to order what I want!! There is BLT on the menu board but on a bun instead of a wrap. I didn't think my order was that different than what is posted.
