Hate this location! The only reason I go is because it’s on my way to drop my kid off. EVERY TIME I TRY TO GET DOUGHNUTS THEY’RE CLOSED WHEN THEY ARE ADVERTISED TO BE OPEN! Close this store down already please!!!UPDATE: called customer service and they said that they will pass the information to management. Tried to go again this morning and it’s the same sad story.

Very loyal, devoted(some crew have stayed here for YEARS, even thru the pandemic hardships), impressve staff who not only accommodate my morning routine, but they go out of their way to be kind, informative, and cheerful to their customers; brightening peoples days. One latte ☕?& donut ? at a time. The fave Timmy's in my book. Highly recommend this location for the positive & friendly atmosphere alone.

was disappointed this morning. husband went through the drive thru for me, asked for plain bagel w cream cheese, wrap, lemonade, and a french vanilla coffee. gave us two bagels: untoasted, cold, not even the right bagels they had egg, bacon, and veggies on it, eggs tasted empty, veggies were soso but still overall not what was ordered. wrap they heated up was ok and coffee was ok (didn’t taste watery). i feel like timhortons a lil too expensive to play with peoples orders

Very Very Slow! They Only Take 1 Car Order At A Time So Drive Thru Line Is Always Long & Moves Very Slow. The Dinning Room Is Always Locked & Never Open Even Though It Says Open & No Other Signage Saying "Dinning Room Closed" If U Don't Have 30-40min To Spare Do Not Stop Here For Coffee! Overall Very Poor Atmosphere, Performance & Overall Experience.

By far one of the worst locations in Columbus. The service is always very slow and the food isn't great either. Multiple times I have gotten timbits and they taste burnt, like the oil was very old that they used. I refuse to go to this location ever again and I let that known to my friends and family as well.
Desiree is such a breath of fresh air. Her customer service skills are absolutely impeccable and her attitude just makes your entire day! Seriously a gem. Tim Hortons is so lucky to have her.

We've tried to stop here after our athletics in the area. We've made probably 6 visits in the last two weeks, and every time their cappuccino and iced capp machines are broken, and they don't have doughnuts (or one or two kinds)... We'd purchase if it was worth the stop.

Honestly the sweetest staff you could possibly ask for, management is incredible and everyone else beside her is equally as amazing! Highly recommend this Tim’s over the other 5 in the 10 miles radius from this location. I’ve had too many bad experiences to count with many many other locations, attitudes galore or they just are outside smoking and won’t go in to take orders *cough cough* (the e broad location)Schrock Rd, is always open on time and never make me feel like I’m inconveniencing anyone. And the inside is consistently nice and clean! 6/5 stars if I could do it!
