The damn app STOLE MY MONEY! I placed an order they took my money and kicked me from the app then everyone had no idea what happened and the manager came out and told me it’s not there and to dispute it with my bank enough my order was literally on my phone and I can dispute the charge and she scurried back to her office. This is sad this was my first time trying Tim hortons and instead of actually trying it and eating breakfast I get to eat 36$ so thanks for that. Never getting Tim hortons after this experience

We pulled it in at 5 o'clock.They didn't close till 7 on Morse Rd by Menards and they had no donuts.None and we stopped at the one in Canal Winchester.And they had no cappuccino machine working so very disappointed and tim horton.

Cleaning the iced capp machine around 8:30 a.m. is a bad idea.
Allowing people to order a dozen donuts or 20 TimBits individually packaged slows the drive thru to a stop.
Just don’t go here. They actually have no clue what they are doing.
To be specific, they Consistently make the wrong food and overcharge you for stuff you didn’t order and leave items out of your order that you paid for. Just abysmal service. And the quality is horrendous. The fact that I am taking time to write a review about a fast food chain should tell you all you need to know. It’s that bad. Do yourself a favor and just go down the street to Dunkin. All the one star reviews of this establishment are accurate. Take it from us locals.
