I was told Restroom for employees only,
2nd they can't do your order per you request.
Lastly and the worst one they gave us and expired apple choice for my boy that is expired over 10 years.

Please y’all can we get a bag and napkins with our drive thru order?? Next thing you know we are gonna have to use fingers to eat our food !! Stop being cheap ! Not a good way to treat loyal customers.

Hello, I need to contact the owner directly. Had a horrible experience with Angela. She constantly harasses customers. The rest of the employees here are great except for her.

Every time I see her, she’s always arguing with somebody or threatening to call the police on them. She’s creating a very uncomfortable environment. This pains me because I usually love going to this establishment. She abuses her power as manager. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s driving out a lot of customers.

Overall this Tim Hortons was fine, my biggest complaint is that when I asked for an assortment of donuts in a dozen, all I received were three of the same three chocolate donuts and then two regular glazed and a crueler. I swear whenever I’ve been to any other Tim Hortons I’ve gotten an actual array of donut flavors. Just a major disappointment.

Ordered online at 9am and got there at 9:30 for it not to be ready. Then waited another 30 mins for them to get it all ready! Poor service!

Went to the drive thru and was yelled at and was told that I could not place an order because I said Hi and that they should greet me first. I wish I was joking. A child was in the vehicle and the employee came out yelling. She was crying uncontrollably. I spoke to the manager and she said that she would take care things. Seems like the this is a reoccurring issue with this Tim Hortons, their service is terrible!

Changed it from nice review to bad.. the food doesn't seem the freshest.. some people are nice, others are rude.. you can tell they smoke around d the building. Just ridiculous.

Why is Tim Hortons so great in Canada but so bad in the US. Canada should make America it's own provence. I think we just gave up caring about ourselves and others. Canadians still have juice and Quebec is food heaven! So yeah we should just surrender.
