I am consistently let down. I’ve gone 6 times in a year to give it another shot bc it didn’t use to suck this badly. I just want extra cream cheese on my bagel. That’s all. Every time I’ve been charged for extra bc I just want cream cheese, I say to charge me extra. Including today. I’ve never left a food review literally ever. But I just sobbed this morning. Even other locations. Stop eating here. I’m paying more for air. I just want what I paid EXTRA for.

Donuts were yummy . Very soft and fresh . Coffee was fresh and Hot the new Staff are very friendly . Very fast they had me in and out in no time .

paid over $50 worth stuff on their app Only got two sandwiches and they were both ice cold would not recommend getting this. I got two dozen donuts got two coffees three sandwiches. And only received two ice cold sandwiches, which were supposed to be hot. This place is pathetic. And they’re not even answering their phone when we’re trying to call them currently we’ve called like four times just so we can get this resolved

This location has had its ups and downs, my current experiences has been less appealing. Closing early, staff not taking orders correctly, menu boards unplugged.
Whoever is working drive through had a distasteful attitude and just overall had a rude demeanor. I would never come here again. Not to mention, the coffee had a weird aftertaste. They also had no variety in hot tea as they claim. They had two options which was upsetting. Also, my question about one of their teas, the employee had no idea about it which is bizarre because how do you not know about your own products? Shameful.

This is by far the worst one in Columbus. It is the closest to my work so I have go to this one if I’m running behind. There has not been one morning that they have made good drinks. When I go to this location my drink always tastes soured. Also there was something lumpy in my drink. See picture below. Unfortunately on days I’m running behind now I will be going to Starbucks. Tim Hortons is still my favorite but will never go to this location again. If I could give negative stars I would.
