Went thru drive thru just 2 mins ago and I was looking at menu and ordered a 6 pk doughnuts and felt rushed I still had other things I wanted the young lady on head set kept saying is that all is that all I will NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!!

What a joke. This place needs to shutdown immediately. Columbus city and health department should visit this location. Molded bread and smelly. I asked help for Tim horton customer support. There respond was contact the owner. I talked the manager at this location. She is nowhere near a professional manager and argues with you that you wrong ?. Bad bad bad. Don’t waste your money at this location. Go the one on olentangy. It’s 5 minutes drive from this. The whole place smells as soon as they open the casher window.

"We don't have iced americanos right now" - at 7AM on a weekday. If they don't have espresso, tap water, and ice at a coffee shop, something is wrong. Definite pass if you are going to this coffee shop for coffee.

Absolutely dreadful experience. It's high time they consider closing down this location and revamping their entire staff. Familiar with the concept of customer service, anyone? Adding to my frustration, despite clearly requesting two creams in my tea, I ended up with none.

this location is terrible they “didn’t have” half the stuff on the menu (or they didn’t want to make it) they couldn’t even give me a plastic knife. this place is a joke. and the girl running the drive through was clueless.

The food is over priced. Simply because of the fact that it’s handed to you incorrectly or just plain cold. The service staff was rude. In short you’ll have a better experience with McDonalds.

they are unorganized and don’t ever answer the phone the let them know so they can fix it. i have worked for tim’s before on s high st and it was never like this. just disgusted my order was completely wrong

I'm currently new to the area, and EVERYTIME I visit this location my order is either cold or wrong! Today the store manager made my order incorrectly, twice! Her response to my frustration was "go to a different location." She made a lot of sense.Thanks

I'd rate 0 if I could. This Tim Hortons has become trash. Most employees are rude and disrespectful and orders are 99% wrong. And when you tell them they get loud and hateful. I'll never visit this one ever again. I will take a 20 minute drive out the way from now on.
