Today my coffee was hot, my croissant soft and flakey, and my donut delish. The cashier was the only employee working at the time so the fact she handled it all and it was hot was the reason I wanted to give this review. I wish I had gotten her name but it was Sat 02/07 about 1145a.
Probably the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever tried more than once. Consistently mess up drink orders and they’re either way too sweet or watered down. If you purchase coffee from this particular establishment do not expect it to be very good.
I went through the drive-thru to grab some coffee and mentioned a small correction with my order. The lady at the window got rude with me, so I asked if she was having a bad day. She then handed me only two of the three coffees I paid for and told me not to come back. I’ve been going to that location for three years, so I was really disappointed with how I was treated this time.

Despite the busy location, the service has improved over the years with polite and helpful employees. Vegetarian options are available by requesting no meat in sandwiches or wraps. Overall, Tim Hortons is a convenient stop for a fast and pleasant dining experience.
