Extremely rude during a call for a pickup order. The person (female) hung up on me AS I was placing my order!!

Also the last couple times I ordered from there, it was WAY WAY too salty and WAY WAY greasy.

So the rude person on the phone did me a favor!

Best thin crust pizza in Columbus. Nothing beats a large pepperoni in the old oven.

Both of my parents worked there over 57 years ago and they still make the food the same way today as they did back then I would recommen this place

What a terrible experience. 😩 Tommys used to be such a great pizza place! They used to have 4-5 restaurants all over town and their pizza was awesome ❤️. Obviously things have changed... They only now have only 2 restaurants standing today... And my most recent visit the their Lane Ave - Upper Arlington location will be my last. I took my daughter and we traveled across town more than 40 minutes one way...specially to go there. We walked in... Waited and waited and waited and not only were we not greeted and let know someone would be with us shortly... But we were blatantly ignored. So after 15 minutes of waiting and having the staff walk by us without acknowledging we were even there... We walked out. And will never be back... It's a shame but I guess some things do change... And not always for the good 😔 Goodbye Tommy's !

Gone down hill. Will put you on hold with an attitude for 20 minutes just to tell you an hour and a half wait.

Then when you get its sloppy.

Takes us back to our childhood. We grew up having Tommy's pizza, subs and spaghetti from the location on the Far Eastside on Saturday nights. We hated those 4 weeks in the spring when our parents would gave up pizza for Lent.

I love the old school diner feeling I get here. Lunch speacials and their pizza and service are top notch every single time! Love the sauce and love the crust. They make their own sausage too.

I've heard so much hype about this place. Figured we would give it a try.
Not sure what the hype is. Definitely not the best pizza I've ever had. Cant even put it on the list.
The crust is fun. I like the crisp of it. But honestly the flavor of the pizza, well there wasn't any. The pizza lacked seasoning.
We had 2 separate pizzas
There are 4 of us and none of us enjoyed it. We struggled to eat it.
We also tried the cheese balls as we are cheese curd snobs. Im not sure what kind of cheese they put in here but these were lacking as well. They did taste a little better with the ranch.
Another 1 and done for us.

The pizza is great. Service great. It is outdated for decor but not bad. Definitely a return place.
