Top golf was my favourite place until food accident. Me and my friends were vomiting all night long after our cheese and beef burgers. Service was really disappointing, we were sitting on bay 306 and our waitress was kinda lost, she didn’t give back my friend’s debit card, but thankfully we noticed that before we go out. Also, we were waiting for our food for nearly an hour and when it’s arrive it was already cold.

How about food quality? You have to check what’s happening in the kitchen. My two friends and I were poisoned by your food today. We’ve got two chicken burgers and one burger with beef and french frice. It's 4 a.m. I've been vomiting all night, sorry for the details. How about checking out what kind of food is being prepared in your kitchen? It's outrageous! The worst experience with food in my life, I’ve never got sick by the food in the places like that. (We also had been waiting for this worse food for almost one hour). So bad!! When I go to the place like that I’m expecting to spend my time with nice mood, but not to get a stomach infection.

Was told I could order food as soon as I got there or not at all because the kitchen was busy (after paying for the golf time of course). There is a 2 drink maximum mentioned after taking an order for a 3rd drink. Wrong cards charged for bill. Not horrible but certainly not worth the squeeze.

Enjoyed my first time here. It was cold but they had a heaters, that helped. It's a little pricey.

We were there for 2 hours and the heaters were not working properly, freezing, very uncomfortable. They were unable to fix them and would not move us to another bay. We have gone there for years, but because of this experience we will not be back! Very disappointing to our grandkids!!!

I booked online early the day of for 8:45 and also put that I wanted to be on any floor but the bottom one, when i arrived they had told me they can’t do anything about it and the worker had just “missed the note”. So we paid a dollar a minute to be there for two hours and had to be on the floor we specifically asked not to be on. Then the server comes and takes everyone’s drink and didn’t ask me what i had wanted even though i was sitting with everyone else and brought back drinks for everyone but me? Manager was rude and told me i was gonna get a discount and the bill comes (already paid for because they took our cards at the beginning) with no discount on it. It’s overpriced and was not worth the negative environment.. i was so so disappointed.

We’ve given TopGolf Columbus multiple chances, hoping the experience would improve, but it’s only gotten worse. On a previous visit, we had issues, and a manager named Jeff told us to ask for him next time for free gameplay. When we returned, we found out he had transferred to another location, so they couldn’t honor his verbal agreement. While we understand that policies are in place, it was frustrating to be given a promise only to have it mean nothing when we returned.
This visit, however, was even worse due to a dishonest server who repeatedly misled us. When our gameplay time was running out, she told us we had to move floors if we wanted to extend our time. So, we packed up, relocated, and got settled again—only to have another server tell us that moving wasn’t necessary in the first place. When we asked a manager about it, they confirmed we didn’t have to move at all. The same server who misled us then offered us a $15 discount for the inconvenience, which at least seemed like an attempt to make up for the mistake.
But when we brought it up with the real manager, we found out this server wasn’t even authorized to offer that discount. The manager said she wasn’t actually a manager, and at that point, it became clear that this server had not just made mistakes—she had outright lied to us multiple times. To make things even more concerning, another server admitted to us that they’ve had multiple issues with this employee in the past and didn’t even understand why she was rehired.
In the end, the actual manager did honor the discount, but the experience was already ruined by all the miscommunication, unnecessary hassle, and dishonesty. We enjoy the gameplay itself, which is the only reason we’ve kept coming back, but the poor service, lack of accountability, and repeated issues with staff are making it impossible to enjoy. It’s disappointing that every visit seems to come with a new problem, and at this point, it’s clear that management needs to seriously reevaluate their hiring and training process.

The wait to get a bay as a walkin is outrageous not to mention if you want to make a reservation you have to make it days in advance. If im going to topgolf i would not wat to wait 3+ hours for my bay

Called and was told there was no wait and by the time we got there they said they had a three hour wait with lots of bay open. Poor customer service.

Price was great, but we were very disappointed with the lack of food available and variety. We specifically didn’t eat breakfast that morning, because we were excited about eating at Top Golf. We were there for my son’s birthday, so the fact that nothing was available was upsetting. We got there @ 9:50 and had to leave by 11:15, which would’ve been fine except that it took forever to get our food. The food came so late that I had 8 minutes to eat before we had to leave. We normally are given time to extend our stay, but due to reservations we were told that we’d be given boxes and could eat our food elsewhere. Elsewhere being in the chairs by the pool table. What was especially frustrating is that the manager brought the food, but never said anything else to us about our wait. They took $14 off our bill, but we’d also used a $25 coupon that we won’t get back.

Made a reservation a week in advance. Upon arriving on time, we were given a bay on the first floor. We explained that as novice golfers we would have a better experience on a higher floor, but were told that we would have to forfeit our deposit and be placed on the waitlist. Terrible customer service from management.
We had a great time golfing, and our server was amazing, but the grilled cheese we ordered was… embarrassing to say the least. They used the end of the loaf and only put one slice of cheese on the bread, barely covering half of the sandwich. Our server immediately took care of it when we brought it to his attention, but an establishment like Top Golf should know better than to serve food of that quality.
