I have had many delicious meals at this location. I like the menu very much and the outdoor area is cool and comfortable to eat in. The service yesterday at 12:45 was not good. Although, the servers were all pleasant. They were slow to greet us, bring us water, or silverware and we had to ask to give our order. All the food came out correct and delicious, but did take a while. We were celebrating a birthday but did not bother ordering any dessert. Were not asked either. Hopefully it was just an off day.

We enjoyed our dinner at True Kitchen. But missed the chopped salad as an option. The Strawberry salad was good - but chopped better. Also, still would prefer some multi-grain or whole wheat pizzas, pastas, and pita option. The Sour dough pizza was a little heavy. The red wine prices were way too high - 52 is crazy for Columbus Ohio this is not NYC, casual restaurant for sure! Service was very good - nice waitress.

The food was overpriced and the service was immensely lacking. I ordered a pressed juice drink and was told by the server it broke after my two friends received the same drink I ordered. The server did not discount or compensate me for the inconvenience. I will not be returning to this restaurant

Delicious food! As a vegetarian I had many items to choose from and they all looked delicious. I chose the vegan double cheeseburger and Tuscan kale salad. Both were excellent! In addition to a long list of vegan/ vegetarian foods they also had a good selection of gluten-free meals and meats for the carnivores. They have a large indoor seating area as well as outdoor seating in a covered patio. Service was excellent! I will return many times.

Came here for early dinner. Took a long time for food to come out. Mac n cheese had no cheese. My husbands drink had a bug in it. They told us there weren’t burger buns so we didn’t order burgers, but then others around us ordered burgers with buns without problem (what?). My quinoa in the green goddess bowl was RAW / Uncooked and it was disgusting. The hard crunch quinoa hurt my teeth but I was starving so I still ate a bit after walking all day. The pizza was good. For how freaking expensive this place is you’d think people would be preparing the food properly. Will never come back here.

Great food and drinks, as always, but service was slow although she was quite friendly. Appeared understaffed. We had a 730 reservation and had to wait nearly 10 min to be seated with apleathroa of open tables visible.

Just a terrible experience, mostly from a service standpoint. Started with waiting a long time for water, then a broken glass, then waiting a very long time for a replacement water, then apologies for the food taking so long, then we were brought very very stale bread to tide us over because the food took so long.. almost comical if it we weren't so hungry and thirsty. Poor staff training.

We went across town to get our favorite things we’ve been eating since they opened… chopped salad and sausage and chicken pizza. They had eliminated both from the menu evidently for the season. I did not like the margarita pizza but my husband liked his salmon salad. We won’t go back till they put the chopped salad back on menu,

I had the arugula salad with strawberries and blackened salmon and I will say it was pretty good but one thing that totally blew it for me was when I found plastic in my dish. The manager gave me the dish for free and I was pleased but finding plastic in your food that you could have potentially swallowed ia bad for business. Good service and atmosphere.
