This community is perfect for my dad. Cookie has been absolutely wonderful from day one. She genuinely cares about the seniors and treats them like family. The building is up to date and clean. My dad is very happy at Ottawa Ridge. He has met friends and they all look out for each other. It truly is a village.

Ms. Cookie makes Ottawa Ridge a wonderful place to live!We lived there for about 18 months and only left to be closer to family. The building and grounds ALWAYS look great and very clean. This past year has been under COVID quarantine but Cookie worked hard to make the best of a trying situation.At Ottawa Ridge you will find:Quick response to any issues.Fair treatment of everybody.Clean facilities.Quiet and friendly neighbors.Great setting on Big Walnut Creek.Easy access to I-270.Dozens of stores only a few minutes away.Only minutes from CMH but still quiet.

This community is very nice and Cookie is a gem! She works very hard at her job and she has a one on one with every one here! She keeps this place ship shape order! Everyone here is friendly and through this trial period with covid we follow the guidelines with mask and distance!

The Village at Ottawa Ridge is a great senior complex. My Mom has been a resident for 7 years and it's a great place for her. Management is fantastic, she really cares about the residents, their well being, the apartments, the common spaces and the exterior of the complex.

I have been a resident of Ottawa Ridge for 9 years and I love it. I've been through three managers and Cookie has been the best of all. She goes far and beyond the call of duty. She keeps this building in tip top shape. It amazes me how she keeps things done inside and outside on routine schedule like clockwork. Dealing with over 80 residents take a thoughtful, patient and fair person like Cookie to run this facility. Because of her diligence, I can't see myself ever leaving this place for another.

Since I have been here at Ottawa Ridge for the past three years Cookie has been wonderful with everyone, she treats everyone very kind and is a wonderful manager. She is a hard worker and keeps everything in order. I like that she checks on the residents if someone is ill. Cookie deserves five stars and more for a job well done!

The Village at Ottawa Ridge (VOR) is an excellent place to retire, the facility is well run and well kept. The residents are friendly and respectful of one another's privacy. Management (Ms. Cookie) gets a superior rating in the way she ensures the residents that we are in a safe place, a place we can call home. I gave VOR 5 stars. I have called VOR my home for 10 years now!

I have lived here over six years. The best thing is how the management looks out for you. Our building manager is the best. They really really care about the residents. Her name is Selemawit Andemariam we call her Cookie!!!! This building is so bright and clean thanks to the efforts of her.If you want to feel safe and comfortable in your home, this is the place to live!!!!

FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE LASTING. I was not able to actually view a unit. The units MAY be acceptable, however, I will not attempt to view a unit . The reason I will not return is that in my opinion, Cookie - the receptionist/resident manager/whatever is her title - was extremely rude when I stopped to ask for information.As a person who works in a customer service capacity and has done this type of work for over 20 years, I realize that the customer is the REASON for my employment. The customer is not an inconvenience. If and when a CUSTOMER interrupts one's planned flow for the day, the person whose job it is to provide customer SERVICE, should explain politely.I will NOT view an apartment at Ottawa Ridge because of Cookie. My 2-star rating is based on insufficient information from the impolite Cookie.
