“This team got slammed after the Buckeye Country Superfest and they rocked. The communication was so good and nobody waited long for anything. The manager, cook, and servers were all so kind and efficient despite the busy crowd. And the food was amazing, especially for being around midnight. I would definetly go here again.“
“The food was not burnt or undercooked maybe should have gave 5 stars to actually find WH where neither can describe part of your meal, lately! This WH if I chose to I could of went inside and sat down and ate, which was different than most nowadays that don't want you to come in and eat. “Waffle House must be one of, if not my favorite places to have breakfast! Me and my partner often go here to have breakfast together as dates. Let me go more into depth since I heavily recommend Waffle house!
Pros:
- staff is usually very positive and incredible
- full breakfast menu for 10 bucks or cheaper
- Basically always place available
- open 24h
- incredible quality for the price
- nutritious and healthy
- lovely atmosphere
Cons:
- when it is busy, you might have to sit and wait for a little bit
- ive had more positive experiences with the breakfast staff compared to afternoon/evening
- the road to Waffle House can be very busy sometimes, making it hard to get i to the parking lot
- when its busy, it can be very loud. If you're sound sensitive, it would be best to go during calmer periods.
Besides this, the pros outweigh the cons by a LOT. I would never say to go somewhere above Waffle House. Only thing close to it would be IHOP personally. Id say this is the best breakfast dine in possible!“
“It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a place where you can be yourself without feeling judged. They even have a tree made of waffles during Christmas!
Plus, we have two autistic boys, and they always show their appreciation with patience.
These places are truly better than any 5-star establishments because they have employees who consistently exceed expectations!!! WITH WHIPPED CREAM 🙌🏾“
“The BEST Waffle house! Clean, quick service, great servers, and top tier customer service. Stevie was our server and she's quick to get what you need and checks on you often! ALL of the servers are professional and friendly. The food, service and environment was great!!“
“Excellent service. We had went to another Waffle House in Columbus (N High St) and service was horrible so we went to this one (Polaris) and we are so glad that we did. The market manager for the first one was at the second one. He addressed the situation right away. However, the service at this Waffle House was amazing. Was greeted by several workers as soon as we walked in. Service was prompt. Food was amazing. Everything was exactly as we asked it to be. Food was hot. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond. Will definitely return to this location.“
“The workers were fast and helpful. They only had two people working but they were on it and the food was delicious. And their dish prices are currently slashed so they are on the cheaper side. My son had the waffle and side which is currently 7.00“
“I haven't been to Waffle House in quite awhile. My experience at this location made me feel like I've been missing out. Our server was outstanding. Friendly and engaging. She made the dining experience at WH memorable. The food was hot and well prepared. The rest of the server staff were personable and welcoming. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast and I will be back.😋“
“You know, people say Waffle houses are just, you know, run of mill, basic places to eat. But this Waffle House is better than most places I've been.
First, they really do serve good food fast.
Second, their waffles are golden, fluffy and hot off the griddle.
Third, they DON'T have blaring music that ruins the ambiance of the place.
I know, who thinks of the ambiance of a waffle house, right? But if I can't talk to the people I am eating with because the music is too loud, then I don't really enjoy eating. I do, however, enjoy watching the people behind the line cook, talk, and rattle off orders. This was fun at this place because the music wasn't too loud.“
