“I just wanted to offer some serious compliments to this waffle House staff today! First, our waitress, Brenda was very kind and attentive. Second, I just want to complement the overall ambience and workflow of this restaurant. We have visited other Waffle House restaurants in the Columbus area and they’re all great; however, I feel like this one really gives you the true Waffle House experience: They are yelling orders, they are prepping for the next shift and it just was awesome to see how well they worked as a team. We had the honor of sitting at a booth near the coffee and tea area, and the manager on shift was training a new chef. Her patience, explanations, and support to this new associate was something that I wish all managers could possess. In the 5 to 10 minutes that we got to see her lead her team in that manner, I was really pleased! I did not get her name, though. The last thing that made this particular visit so great was that the chef, JJ, came over to see how our food was. Let me tell Let me tell you: the chicken breast is unreal. It is so juicy and flavored in seasoned to perfection. I know Waffle House specializes in breakfast meats, but this chicken is an awesome addition! This restaurant nailed it. Overall, we have a few Waffle House locations to pick from near our house, but whenever we want Waffle House again, we will go out of our way to go to this location!“
“This is the cleanest Waffle House that I have ever seen. If the staff wasn't serving customers, they were cleaning everything! I ordered the hash browns with a lot of fixin's and a grilled cheese to go. These are my favorites. Both items were perfect. The staff were all smiles! Very friendly. Located on Broad St, Columbus, Ohio near the Casino. Very recommended.“
“No matter what every day try to remember that you are 100% worth any and everything effort and so many other things that you choose and reward yourself for him this morning as I drove up to a light and seen a waffle House just passed it when the light turned green and I drove to the intersection next thing I know I'm turning into the waffle House within 10 minutes I'm walking out of waffle House with one of the best looking biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon cooked beautifully that I have planned to crumble and put on top of it and enjoy all this cost me I believe less than $8.
Blew my mind and I was so proud of myself for making that last minute choice because the outcome was so rewarding Great food and something that I've not been able to enjoy for a long time.“
“This is the best Waffle House I have ever been to. The team seemed genuinely happy to be there (multiple regulars carrying conversation with the staff, even the maintenance man that was there was nice) and the entire restaurant including restrooms was spotless. 10/10“
“It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a place where you can be yourself without feeling judged. They even have a tree made of waffles during Christmas!
Plus, we have two autistic boys, and they always show their appreciation with patience.
These places are truly better than any 5-star establishments because they have employees who consistently exceed expectations!!! WITH WHIPPED CREAM 🙌🏾“
“When Stormy is working, everything is always exquisite. I will say, she is the reason why I come to this specific Waffle House. She makes the Waffle House a waffle HOME. Stormy is attentive, and always ensure everything is perfect - whether that is the food, the beverages, everything is always 1000000% when she’s working, and as long as she is there I will continue to return and bring everyone i know.“
“I haven't been to Waffle House in quite awhile. My experience at this location made me feel like I've been missing out. Our server was outstanding. Friendly and engaging. She made the dining experience at WH memorable. The food was hot and well prepared. The rest of the server staff were personable and welcoming. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast and I will be back.😋“
“This is my go to Waffle House in Columbus. Best staff best service consistent customer I go at least least once if not 2 to 3 times a week. My Atlanta native girlfriend also says it’s the best in the city so if you like Waffle House come here.“
“You know, people say Waffle houses are just, you know, run of mill, basic places to eat. But this Waffle House is better than most places I've been.
First, they really do serve good food fast.
Second, their waffles are golden, fluffy and hot off the griddle.
Third, they DON'T have blaring music that ruins the ambiance of the place.
I know, who thinks of the ambiance of a waffle house, right? But if I can't talk to the people I am eating with because the music is too loud, then I don't really enjoy eating. I do, however, enjoy watching the people behind the line cook, talk, and rattle off orders. This was fun at this place because the music wasn't too loud.“
