Good prices, but don't try to return anything. Customer service desk slow, lazy, and incompetent. Also, auto center might refuse oil change near closing time, even if you call ahead to confirm first.

It's a really nice place to shop. People are nice and the store is well staffed.

Getting a oil change at Westpointe plaza . Killing time in the store and walking toys. During the walk in the toys department . employees name Kevin or ken was really helpful , Funny Although the oil changes is taking forever . The store is clean and the staff are really friendly.

April 14th 2019 this Walmart needs to get their crap together as far as unloading trucks after regular business hours they don't answer the telephone and nobody is back in the receiving area Walmart get your crap together this is an ongoing problem just not not at this Walmart but in many other Walmarts

The two heavy set girls are rude!! Have been rude every time I have gone in! The manager is wonderful and helps as best as she can! However, watch for them to loose your files! They show no record of me having order any contacts from them! I had ordered my original rx from them in person and then after that through the Walmart Contacts online ordering! I have proof of all my orders! Plus have ordered 2 pairs of glasses!! Thus, the dr was not comfortable giving me a trial contact for my left eye until March for my appointment!!! Go Elsewhere!!!

I've just got home after waiting in line for an hour. There were only 2 customer's ahead of me. The young man scanned each and every item with a hand scanner. Had these order been 10 items or less it wouldn't been so long to check out but the orders were large, mine alone was over 50items totaling 173.05. The other order's in front of me were just as large. If the scanner was broken this lane should not have been used at all. Never once were we told that it was broken. if it was broken we would have the choice to move to another line or wait. Nope, no choice he just looked for the UPC code scanned it and put it in the bag. every.time. I went to this Walmart because the one close to me is terrible at checking people out, so I drove further to go to this one. I passed a Kroger to go to Walmart, I won't do that again.

As a broke college student, I shop here bc the deals but after coming home w/ 6 expired yogurts, soon to be expired cottage cheese and moldy potatoes, Id rather spend the extra buck and go to kroger.

This place smells.
