Avarie Sparrow

They charge full price for half the ingredients, which I didn’t even ask for. No receipt was given. The people in the drive-thru window don’t talk.

Paid $6 for an entree and was left hungry. AI drive thru is always fun to navigate (that is a joke.)

Ordering on a kiosk while ppl are standing around is a joke. Tea not listed on it as a beverage. Rest rooms were trashy water and paper anthem floor, they were told about it and it was a who cares attitude. Resteraunt kitchens are judged by how clean the restrooms are and they failed big time

Well this was an awkward visit. Wendy's is cutting corners and employing less people by using AI to take your order verbally at this location. You have to talk to a half competent computer while simultaneously contributing to worsening pollution by the AI super computers and furthering job layoffs so that the Wendy's CEO can make $17.3 million a year. I will not be back.

Tasty but expensive. In the drive thru, I ordered a single with everything but cheese, med fries and a coke and was surprised it cost over $10. It’s been a while I guess. Staff was polite and prompt.

Messed up my frosty 3 times. I just gave up and accepted it in the end. I wanted a refund, but I couldn't even be arsed to ask again. Extremely disappointing. Also my fries weren't fresh at all.
Edit: Turns out my partner's frosty was also incorrect.
