The way that this location handled the fact that one they closed 3.5 hours early and not updated their website and when people pulled up the manager gave us cash for our troubles but my family used a ton of reward points and took time out of our night just for them to tell us that they shut everything off and they threw away all the food when we placed our mobile order at 8:15 pm. While we were sitting there trying to trouble shoot we could see through the window employees were making their own food but we were told that we could not get our food that we previously placed and payed for.The manager seemed super sweet but how the situation was handled was without a doubt one of the worse experiences of my life. I get if you have different hours but the fact that nothing in any sort was updated, all of the lights were still on, and the fact that we couldn’t get back a collection of rewards points is what really sealed the deal.

25 minutes to have order taken inside. The fries were warm, not hot. Sandwich was supposed to have lettuce,tomato, pickle, onion, and mayonnaise. Only had lettuce, tomato and mayo. I will never go back to this restaurant.

The 3 star is for my afternoon order, which I rarely (if ever) have any issues with. Unfortunately, consistently for breakfast I receive the wrong breakfast sandwich every time, which would give your breakfast crew a 2-1 star. As someone who has worked drive thru in the past, please verify the order several times and check the bag before handing it off to a customer. It's a simple thing, but goes a long way for customer service and better ratings.
