The 3 star is for my afternoon order, which I rarely (if ever) have any issues with. Unfortunately, consistently for breakfast I receive the wrong breakfast sandwich every time, which would give your breakfast crew a 2-1 star. As someone who has worked drive thru in the past, please verify the order several times and check the bag before handing it off to a customer. It's a simple thing, but goes a long way for customer service and better ratings.

I like Wendy’s but I ordered two medium fries and one large fry& the large fry wasn’t even half way filled and the mediums weren’t filled all the way. With prices getting higher this is ridiculous.
