Ordered at 7pm 3/4/24. Person taking order/at the window was rude. Didn’t speak at the window at all. I Apple paid so he just stuck the machine out the window without a word when he seen my phone. Handed me the wrong order. We looked through it and discovered missing item and something we didn’t order. Sat there waiting for him to open the window to say it was wrong. The staff here are amazing. In the new age of ordering at a kiosk, many fastfood places seem robotic. Not this Taco Bell. We were in after visiting the BMV, and looking for a quick bite to eat before I had to go back to the office. We ordered at the kiosk, and within 5-10 minutes, a taco bell team member didn't just call out our order number or name, he came out and delivered the tray of food to us, asked how we were doing, and asked if there was anything he could get for us.I...read full review

This location is a lot further from us but the Powell location is literally the worst fast food place I've ever been to. This location was on it! Even though there was a line, it went super fast and the food was delicious and hot. If you live in the Powell or Lewis Center location, definitely go here instead of Powell! You may think it is a bit longer of a drive, but you'd be waiting in line at Powell for 30 minutes anyways just to get a wrong order or food that is inedible.
