Hire more people or better scheduling... waiting 15 minutes everytime you visit a location to just order is ridiculous!

Came in on Tuesday, May 6th around 2:30 pm. They were ridiculously understaffed, and slow. The kiosks didn’t take tap and the employee taking our order did not use the registers in the front where they take the order. We stood in line for 10+ minutes as they prioritized the drive-thru line. They messed up our order twice and took their sweet time fixing it. As well as that they kept the other people in line behind us waiting even longer and also messed up their order. I don’t blame the team members for this, the lady who was handling our order and food was very sweet. Clearly their manager is under qualified for their position and struggles to hire adequate staff and schedule them during high traffic times. I have worked in fast food and we were never this severely understaffed and slow. Extremely upsetting considering other Wendy’s locations have no problem with staffing and timing.

This location has a history of slow service. Today over 10 minutes to order at drive- thru followed by another 15 minute wait for our food. The line of angry people in cars behind us was ridiculous. This location is off my list of acceptable area fast food restaurants. We won't be back.

I ordered the 2 for $3 sausage muffins with cheese 4/16/25 at 9:56 AM. I received two Muffins with eggs. I called and told them that i was in a meeting and that my order was incorrect and got hung up on. I have that I purchased from this location with my bank and will dispute.

I’ve been to a quite a few different Wendy’s locations North and South but the food in this one may be the worst I’ve had shorted on the portions for fry’s twice and everything tasted kinda stale and old.

Staying at the hotel next door walked over for a sandwich I got two JBC and let me tell you that was the best most freshest sandwich I’ve had in my 40 years of living from a Wendy’s! Staff was very kind. Thank you !

The store itself is great and the employees are super friendly but the driveway into the store is extremely dangerous to your car, take it very slow or you will destroy the bottom of your car. Would leave higher review if road is fixed.
Stopped in for a light lunch, had a baked potato and some chili. I really like the chili it's very good and the potato as good as well served in the perfect temperature as well the place was very clean and well kept a nice place to stop this is right on the outer belt way of Columbus and makes a nice stop for mid-afternoon lunch

I usually pop by this location on my drive home from work around 11pm. In the past two-three weeks I noticed a new guy at the window. Only since his hire has the wait been 15-25 mins in the drive thru. Once I went through and there wasn’t anyone in front of me…No acknowledgement of me sitting there, 13 mins later they took my payment, 4 mins after that I got my food which was cold. Obviously they weren’t waiting on fresh fries…they were just not attending the customer.
