I stood in the lobby for about 5 minutes listening to two managers talk to a gentleman about everything but his order before I was informed that I had to use the kiosk to order, due to them not having enough staff. After placing the order at the kiosk I had to go back to the register to pay since I was using cash, and wait again while the two managers continued to talk to the same gentleman. Then both managers disappeared on break and it took over 10 minutes to get my order...1 burger. Luckily the quality of the burger was ok but definitely not worth the hassle or rude service. I won't be back to this location

I ordered breakfast at 9am, when they were supposed to open, through the mobile app. I walked up to the door at 9:15am, where there were a few people standing there, as the door was still locked. I waited for 30 minutes outside, as I had already paid for my food. The two people working inside were ignoring us and they never unlocked the door. I gave up and went elsewhere for food. At 10am i came back and it was still locked. This is unbelievable behavior.

Absolutely awful, 15-20 minute wait for 10 nuggets while the whole staff stood around watching football/eating in the kitchen. Multiple health code violations in view, nuggets were still cold in the middle.

came in to buy a chilli. ordered it at the kiosk. go up to pick up my order and they say they no longer serve chilli although I was just charged for it and ordered it from their system. They say they're waiting for the chilli to be removed as an option from the menu. I asked for a refund and they brought out Martha the assistant manager who has no idea how to issue a refund and I'm stuck here at the counter trying to get my money back but she can't call the real manager for help. Can't get a credit of any sort of coupon. Just stuck here waiting for her to figure out how to issue me my refund for 20+ minutes with no resolution while she sits in the back
